I didnt know they sold these to the UK. They are everywhere in Australia but my job is too messy to deal with cleaning these, so I stick with elastic sides.
The 'Southern Cross' model you have don't work for me I've been wearing Steel Blue argyles and Portlands for 20 years but you can't get them in black size 12 in the UK so I've given up on Steel Blue until I next get a job that goes to Australia so I can stock up again. Try some boots that use the Boa disc system - much easier than laces or zips, I have some Helley Hansens. I also have Haix Safety Eagles which have a lace you just pull up then push down a toggle.
I dont think they are if you're jobbing in domestic homes playing with boilers. Customers always look down at your feet and trainer are much more comfortable if you have groin problems. If u have to wear boots all day for 12 or 8 hours no way mate
Which ones would you say are better? I have a pair of steel toe Caterpillars that are also way too heavy. I need them to be leather, light, comfy and to have a "steel" toe protection

@@dieliebenerus5625sounds like someone who's never had em :(
Are they water proof and steel toe?
Yes mate
@@cputilitysolutionswater resistant. They have a zipper. They'll definitely do the job though especially if you're not a plummer.
Oips ment to send that to person who commented.
I'll wear side zippers when I'm 90 , not a day before . That's for lazy ass tradesmen, Must be for Electricians!! 😂😂

Have you tried these on?
Trainers are not a serious work shoe at all man. Boots are made to be worn full time, trainers are made for a jog in the park.
Who takes there shoes off when they go into customers houses, it voids your insurance
👍🏾
It definitely voids my home insurance when the worker walks in with his boots!
Getting paid for the advertising fella?
Nope, my honest opinion mate
@@cputilitysolutions fair play, great video
Doesn’t matter, mind your own business
