I finished the game multiple times, best run was on TATARI difficulty and collected all spirits, jizo statues, tanukis, kk notes. Having in mind I had a maximum of 400 points to spend in the whole playthrough, I will tell you, for spectral vision you dont even need to spend more points, while having your own tengu is a must (should be first 7 nagatamas you spend), points in charging skills are important and abuse charging water to waves of enemies while charged fire to single bosses like gray/red woman. For flyng you only need the 1 extra point and you will reach everywhere you need with that, including all the nekomatas reliques, spirits etc. the rest of the points is up to you playstyle but it is very valuable to max out on core speed specially at melee and while enemy on ground so you can quickly and uninterrupted finish the enemies, tho in TATARI and HARD need to be careful, while you finish an enemy if you get attacked by another can 1 shoot you. Also is a must to carry 5 or 7 of each consumable depending on dificulty because you will eat a lot while fighting. EDIT : forgot to say in the whole playthrough didn't block a single enemy neither hit them melee attack, high difficulty they hit you first always if come close so this habilities are kinda useless unless you're a walking god
charge speed is really good in early game and I personally think attack speed matters a lot more in later game as you face more enemies and you have more chances to regen your ability by defeating mobs

I defo regret investing into equipment...that said, the game is brilliant so I really don't mind farming more. Especially since the latest patch... I used to avoid combat, generally...now I seek it out! Its so good!
I just picked up the game, i have no internet tho . Is the unpatched version that much different. I beat hogwarts, elden ring and resident evil 4 without a patch so i hope its atleast playable. I know the new update added like spider something a whole new story i think
Were u on pc or ps, or now xbox. I just learned after having ps5 for a year that in video setting the 120 hz output is useless and actually hinders some games. Turn that off turn acceleration and deceleration to max and boom game runs smooth

@Podcast Now I figured it out the ghost Parade that you see walking around the city if you let them capture you You'll get into combat once you defeat all the spirits it'll give you spirits as well to collect to get to 100%
btw you can actually lock on enemies you want to attack so you will less likely miss your wind weaving skills

yeah but remember when kk gets taken away from you? youll have to at least upgrade how many arrows you can carry.

I use my bow and play stealth but it might be easier to this on easy? I found this video helpful as there are battles which we have to just fight.
