Currently renting this device from my Vet. Using it on my 12 1/2 yr. old wire-haired dachshund who has arthritis in a hind leg.

Also, what is the best setting for an ACL tear in a dog?

I have a laser but not this instructions. Is there a way I can get a copy to keep on hand please. Also my laser buttons seem to be slow on mine now. I press them & they don't immediately work. It's not even 2 years old & only have used maybe a dozen times. I'd greatly appreciate some help with my laser please. Thanks.

My rep has completely abandoned helping. I've texted in the past & recently & no response! I'm hearing that I'm not the only one this is happening to. So I won't work with her any longer. I also have others who are interested in purchasing but I will not refer them to her. Extremely disappointing after spending a lot of money on this device. I will reach out but want a new rep!

Do I use it directly on the affected joints/bones or the surrounding tissue?

Hi there, you can treat directly over the joint.

thank you, So 1 is for arthritis, 2 is for injury and 3 is for relaxing?

Hi Kristin, you're correct. In the My Pet Laser Quick Reference Guide, the settings are as follows: Setting 1 for Inflammation, Setting 2 for Repairing Injuries and Healing, and Setting 3 for Swelling and Pain Relief (which has a relaxing effect).

Don't you need to wear goggles to protect eyes?

Hi Chris, Multi Radiance Super Pulsed Lasers are Class 1M laser therapy devices (the safest FDA laser class), so goggles are not required. We do provide protective goggles with purchase for patients/users to wear if they prefer. Thank you!
