We love walking on the piers, too. Even walk during the rain with our umbrella 🌂 You always bring back those great memories of traving and exploring . We visited almost all the Missions. Only had 2 left to see. Your audio and video of the sea 🌊 and dolphins were beautiful. Perfect ending. Thanks again for showing things I hadn't known . I love Santa Barbara! I usually go solo to explore all the fun things to do there. Salt Cave, hounted tour of the Presidio, wine tasting, the Funk Zone, restaurants, the Mission. Love it! The pod of dophins you catured by drone was awesome to watch!

We haven't explored Santa Barbara enough, thanks so much for this beautiful showcase of the central coast! Capturing the sealife is amazing, how lucky!!! I'm a big fan of the history of the area so really love your showcase of the Presidio.

Hello Bob and Dang, just what we like rving on a budget. Nice drone footage. That is a very large pier, I dont think we have anything like that in Texas. I'm always impressed with Spanish architecture and aqueducts. Thank you for showing us around Santa Barbara have a good day.

Hey guys thanks for sharing this area a few years ago we drove almost to Santa Barbara but turned around and went back up the PCH we had to fly back out from San Fransisco but it is on our list. That Park and the Marina were great yes we have watched some of the people who sail and it does look a bit tempting we may have to try it some time. The wharf was wonderful we love seafood especially crab and Calamari We hope to one day visit a lot of missions! Great drone footage that was worth the wait and yes those were dolphins what a wonderful capture well done! What a beautiful day!
Hey @justramblinaround - so glad you dropped by! Yes Santa Barbara is a fun place. Probably worth spending the extra $$ and getting into a nice park, but where we stayed was fine as a place to crash - we were pretty busy going out so it really didn't matter much to us. They have some fantastic food all around that city - I think you guys would do a fantastic video there. I used to sale a fare amount in my youth and I do miss it, but you have to pick your adventures, don't you? Thanks as always for the fantastic support and looking forward to meeting up with you in July :)

We didn't even know of that preserve - it's always great to get some 'local knowledge'. Where are you guys headed next? @@bobanddangsjourney We started our trip on May 18, but had to divert to New York City, had a death in family there, then due to a serious illness went back to Florida and arrived there May 28 where I am recovering. The Alaska trip is on hold, at least until June 17 when a final decision to go or not will be made. I have reset the travel timetable to resume June 18 if all goes well. That puts us beginning the southern end of the Cassiar 21 days later, around June 30, TOK Alaska around July 9.
@GoldenAnniversaryAdventure we are so sorry to hear about these events - we hope for your speedy recovery. Hopefully you do get the opportunity to travel up there again and if so it sounds like you would beat us up there - we would hit the Cassiar in late July. We will officially announce our trip in the next few days. Feel better and we hope to see you up there but if not somewhere else on the road one of these days.

We loved Santa Barbara, so much to do there! We ate out on Stearns Wharf and just gorgeous out there. That dolphin shot was amazing!
