from what im guessing watching this, the white X is just a caution to signal where the track crosses the roads in different directions, i could be wrong. but at 24:24 you got a penalty because the lights where changing as you moved not because of the X. in regards to the traffic lights in the junctions like at 1:07:35 they had triangles on the light, so im guessing you have to yeald, like a stop sign.... thats how im seeing it atleast. again this is just what thaughts im collecting watching this..
Is anyone else experiencing this on their computer to play this game? It is extremely slow right now and it's almost like it takes a second to move the person or the tram as well.

Jeff from what I read a x with red tips means a level crossing that means that motor vehicles have to give the tram the right of way
