My orange Bronco is the best crawler I have. Love it, goes pretty much anywhere. Some mods and you have an excellent crawler. Some brass, stock shocks, aluminum bead locks and more aggressive tires...
@@SomeGuysGarage yes trx4m . The new traxxas 2 speed upgrade motor trans part. 50 $. The truck no longer binds up when crawling and top speed is fun. Manual shift. Easy access.
Why did traxxas wait 3 years to release the 2 speed. The 2 speed reduces the hum. Mode 1 no drag brake. Mode 3 100 percent drag brake. Mode 3 no brake. Forward reverse only.
@@SomeGuysGarage yes. Recently past month traxxas released a drop in 2 speed for trx4m. It crawls nice with constant torque without the bind and hop and hum noise over obstacles. High gear is really fast scale speed. Put this in the bronco and ford truck. Enjoy them both. The 2 speed comes with an original motor . Easy to install with perfect instructions.
looked nice till i read one needs to install pot meat zinc / aluminium alloy gears at 150.00 dollars it should have metal not plastic at the very least that sintered meal steel gears really .no wonder i bought an imex aka vrx and zd racing stuff .ill bet the darn thing is even still made in chiina to .every time i try to re like traxxas it`s like nope sorta like apple or samsung in the phone world
No issues with mine yet....but it is all plastic, pretty much everything, but it's so small/light I can't see that being a huge issue unless you start upgrading other parts and putting more stress on it.
@@SomeGuysGarage yes i get that ill bet it Delron type plastic my issue with traxxas is price point but to me .its just to much 87 at most lol but with 7.00 more USD spent on it in the making of it then a bit more but just makes me feel got a bit .like my zdracing pirates 2 buggy i think its darn nice at it price point 250.00 ish not long back so more now ill bet .not near the same it like the traxxas i like to have was 1k last i looked i just think how in the world lol .year ago a had a 2 speed nitro 1/10 traxxas stampede it was great truck .but i got robbed at hobby store lol
@@SomeGuysGarage yes i would so like to start a LLC and start build them here in kit form at first at least the plastic stuff out source the brushless motors is a must but the ESC and chassis is very doable
@@SomeGuysGarage it makes the truck what it should had been. The light kit with tail lights and brakes all programable by 1 touch on esc. Traxxas designed these features in on day 1. The foams and mt bajas good upgrade. Stock tires no grip. The light bar kit is too bright.
Anyone else have one of these things? Such a fun little toy, I've been crawling it over pretty much anything I can pile up in the house lol
Bronco for ever !! 😀
Hell ya!
@@SomeGuysGarage 😀😀
bro has so many pliers lol! Great video!
Haha that wasn't even all of them :)
Great video. Since they released, I’ve owned 3 broncos and two defenders! Very capable rigs indoors and outdoors.
Thanks! They are pretty neat little rigs
Good review rc TRX-4M😍🥰
Thanks, it sure is a fun little RC :)

Do you have the full size TRX-4? or the smaller TRX-4M?
TRX4M...I have 2 Bronco's...@@SomeGuysGarage ''
Love mine, great little trucks! Verydurable out of the box, but I'm into RC so I've modded and added some updgrade parts, even better!
Probably can make these things pretty serious little crawlers with some good upgrades :)
The 2 speed made this a nice crawler and in high gear a respectable fast speed
Not the 4m right?

Fun truck with plenty of parts.
Definitely!
From factory in mode 1.

Isn't the 2 speed the larger TRX-4?

Pick up the 2 speed. It corrects the truck. The 1 speed lacks torque and top speed.
