the saddest thing is that the guys from limousine stage ate and left (not crumbs, they just left, cause all their screen time was on that episode)
it wasnt a team id ever imagined to work so well but the stage was genuinely amazing, it was my favorite of the whole episode. they all deserved better.
worst part being, the screentime was the stage, they legit got like probaly a full minute before it and that was it

Omigosh Limousine was one of my favorite performances of the whole show. The trainess actually wrote the lyrics themselves! They were so heartfelt and personal; I really loved that performance!

The thumbnail 🤣. Ricky is known as “Young and rich tall and handsome” which is his popular catchphrase from his PR video. He’s the blonde in “over me”, “back door” (g group) and the blonde with the leather jacket in “Rush hour”.
Ricky is a Chinese trainee from YueHua entertainment. He debuted at position 4 in Zerobaseone! He’s an ace but is most comfortable with singing (he also has really great stage presence). He really shines in sexy concepts and his on stage persona is so different from his personality in real life. He’s super polite, sweet and goofy and is known for always carrying snacks with him.
to be completely fair, in terms of what he got to show objectively on stage the only performance were we actually got to hear him sing for a good chunk was over me which is a pity bc i've heard he's quite the good vocalist
@@yoongyus Yes, he has a beautiful and soft vocal tone. I’ve heard a few predebut videos of him singing and he’s really good. It’s too bad he could only showcase it in over me. Hopefully he’ll have many lines in their debut song!
This is not true at all. He is known to have a cocky and overconfident attitude. And there's no way you called him an ace. You guys need to learn the definition of the word ace before using it around to describe every random idol you see. He can't dance good or sing in a healthy technique, and those take that role away from him.

i was not expecting to like supercharger but they worked so hard and did amazing even outside of their comfort zone

i do agree that he does need a bit more training especially when he sometimes strain bcos it might damage his vocal chords if not properly taught, but concluding that he is average or even below average is kinda absurd... his range is not the best yes, but technique wise, he knows his voice well so he knows how to adjust in certain songs. even hui said that jay has his own style
plus, boys planet vocal masters solji and lim hanbyul wouldnt praise jay a lot if he was lacking that much. like in every single boys planet performance, not once did jay had a slip up when he sings, and both solji and lim hanbyul would always say that when it comes to being a main vocal/singing, you can trust jay
@@psychopathjaehwan4378 Most vocal praises in these produce/planet shows are all overrating as there has not been a single contestant that's at least above average category (not even hui or jaehwan), they do not teach them proper vocal technique cuz that takes so much time (and individualized lessons) they just tech them to "sound good" which almost every kpop agency does and it is what jay is good at ....jay's technique is lacking because his mixing comes from his throat and there is little to no support in his belted high notes, which do not sound unpleasant because even when straining he manages to keep tonality, which is very common in pop music, but to say that it is technically good is far from truth

love me right g group being the common denominator in "stages i would rewatch as a non-bp watcher" cause i rewatched that stage at least a few times before i actually got into the show
fr!!! im a stan of mr handheld mic lmao and seeing clips of this performance is what got me invested. now the show's over, i can admit that there were parts that were a little lacking, and yet, it's so much more memorable to me than the objectively more skilled k group version.
i think this group really had such a great, fun stage chemistry that no other group after quite managed to capture (with the exception of the iconic queens in Zoom). if you ask people which performances were best, they might pick g KTL or LAW, but if you ask them which stage they like most, lmr G and Zoom are always in the top 3 for a reason
it’s so crazy because my non-kpop friend loves that stage (mainly because of jay) and he’s had lmr on repeat ever since, which as an exo-l i can’t complain.

Okay but KTL g group was iconic! It’s still my favorite performance of the whole show! I also love over me and I’m a bit too obsessed lol. I listen to it everyday 💀. Zoom was so underrated and my unpopular opinion has as always been that love me right g group should’ve won instead of k group.
I’m quite shocked to see you put rush hour so high. Maybe it’s because I watched the show but after seeing the complications they went through to perform (the teamwork was awful) I was quite disappointed in the end result.
It was because we know their teamwork behind the curtains. I showed it to my friends only their performance and they also said it was okay, maybe not the best like law but it is an ok performance.

Same Lol i guess everyone has their own opinions when they didn’t watch the show. For me personally it was hard to watch the Rush Hour stage because 1: Kamden and Jay already performed this song and it was considered one of the most popular auditions and 2: knowing the drama behind the scenes made it hard to enjoy the performance
I said the exact same thing 😭. Maybe we’re all too traumatized by the drama that happened in rush hour but it really affected how I viewed their performance. The whole vibe was gone for me, and all I could think about was how much they didn’t get along. Yeah, they fixed it but the damage was done. Their chemistry was really off and that’s why I was disappointed with the performance.

1:08 honestly i feel so bad for hwanhee. he was ill before the show had started and i think he panicked because k-group were up against some of g-groups strongest but out of both teams, hwanhee is objectively the strongest vocalist (he sounds a lot like exo’s baekhyun normally) and knew the other group wouldn’t be prepared to belt like that (unfortunately it backfired because he wasn’t in full health, ripped up his throat and had to go to the hospital and ultimately left the show).

Also, the masters and the trainees praised him a lot during this performance. I was watching the battle cam and it was literally a Jay reaction video for most of the time 😂 I can understand where you’re coming from, but Jay most definitely did NOT deserve last place 😭 In fact, all of the Over Me trainees did so good.
@@Monchikos did you even read what i said? the live audience couldn’t hear the highnote nor the adlibs! all the over me trainees did really well and someone had to end up last and it makes sense for it to be jay, bc the only thing he had going for himself in that performance was his vocals, which as i said before 2 times, they couldn’t hear. Because in the end the mission wasn’t just a vocal mission but also had a big focus on dance and stage presence. and i’m not saying that jay did bad, but based on what the audience could see last place for him was justifiable
@@july5935 Yes, I did read what you said. I wasn’t aware that the mic production was that shitty. I also only watched the episodes aired during Boys Planet so I probably missed a lot of outside content. I still stand my ground that Jay doesn’t deserve last place, but it is understandable why the live audience thought so. As for his dancing, he improved a lot throughout the show and this performance was one of his strongest in terms on dancing (other than Jelly Pop).

I did not hear the original song first, and did watch the show/follow the stories, so to me this was pretty good (although of course Infinite did it better- it's their song). This, to a lot of us watching, was where we fell in love with the man singing the main part, our fabulous Kim Tae Rae (the guy with the gorgeous smile & sweet voice). He secured his debut here, and confirmed his status as main vocalist.
1:57- that is the fabulous Cha Woonggi, who did indeed carry this. He made the choreography himself, and actually sang the chorus twice because nobody else would do it.
