I have the V12 HS to travel on the mountains in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 with sharp curves and hills and is perfect. Looking at the A2 would be great for in the neighborhood.
I love my mten3. Looking for a replacement for a small wheel. My mten3 looks like it was in the ring with Mike Tyson yet it still kicks hard. Scooters got banned from going in to stores, so if I can hide my wheel in a backpack... And having a street legal wheel is less anxiety.
I'm an old school Uni guy of 20yrs and a Onewheeler for 5yrs 6' 230lbs and love them both. I'm getting older with older knees. I've been watching these EUC evolve for a few years. I finally tried one and right away it felt like it should be a sitting vehicle for me. I would love to see a fat tire starter EUC like these in the same price range and an adjustable(maybe even dropper/suspension optional) seat post and REAL unicycle seat. I definity see a niche here for me. Seems like a whole bunch of other people want sit down ride EUC's also.
d p the 3 inch wide tire is the limit those that ride the z10 at 4" can tell the euc just want to go straight a very unique type of riding. i personnaly prefer 2.5/3.00" more control and stability
So ewheels says this is the next gen MCM5, but it just seems like such a different wheel. I really like the look of this wheel, but not convinced waterproofing and pads is an evolution of my MCM5v2 that has a 1500w motor and is 4lbs lighter.
Smaller wheels are NOT easier to ride. Experienced riders know this. This is MCM5 successor and it has worse specs besides the tire size. Although the specs are lower than the MCM5 v2 it is not to say it is a bad wheel. Riding mostly larger wheels I can say that the smaller wheel was much harder to ride, but now is my favorite and most fun wheel to ride inner city. I will most likely get this wheel when my MCM5 kicks the bucket. Good review.
Alien Rides still has MCM5s advertised for $800. 50% more power, more battery, less weight and a trolley handle for almost 1/2 the price of the A2 ($1300-$1600). Yes it looks dated but.....
I like the wheel for its waterproofing and solidity. The weight is acceptable for having these two qualities. I liked the review: clean and to the point. The only omission, important from my point of view is: What battery cells are being used inside (the name), how reliable are they compared to others and how fast is the charging? Maybe someone knowledgeable wants to address these questions. Thank you.
Good review but depending on price for the a2, I feel like the Inmotion V12 HT is the way to go in this category. I have 6000km on mine and that wheel is a Warhorse!
@teaguemendola789 and the v12 has a software problem, will randomly accelerate, happened to me twice and got rid of it. They still haven't fixed the problem
Sure for riders that have experience, i just got my a2 today, and im so glad I didn't blow 2k on a wheel right off the bat. I'll take a few hundred dollars loss for learning and just beating the wheel up for a few months, then sell. Hard to guage what you like from just watching videos. Really hate the whole buy biggest buy best you really cant tell this wheel looks tiny but to me it was massive in real life. But i didnt have to buy different pads immediately with velcro and changing those terrible foot pads on immotion, another 200+ $ blah
Good review. Noone is making wheels that are good to learn on. The price point will be a major factor here for one will outgrown really quickly. I wouldn't recommend someone to learn on an ankle wheel, the form factor here seems good and the factory pads look like a decent full package for bigginers.
Where's the trolley handle for those days you are in a shopping, as an example. With the mten4 you can grab it. With the A2, walking long corridors doesn't seem nice...
Thinking about selling my V8F for this as the second wheel for shit conditions + winter (happy to see it has a knobby for this!), teaching to ride on, lending for duo rides wheel.. Waiting for teardowns for tire change accessibility and batteries.
If you dont want top speed and you do want waterproofing and street legal specs. I was thinking of getting this but top speed just sucks for me. It does look good.
It's seems strange having a sensible wheel coming out from Begode. It looks great, it's rugged, and it hit's it's target audience perfectly. The price seems pretty good too.
Just realized how weird it feels when there’s an in camera interview but you don’t make eye contact with the person you’re talking to. Happened a lot during the guest intro. Just some feedback! Cool video
Yeah that sort of thing is happening way too often in this day and age. People have forgotten basic social etiquette and/or are too awkward to meaningfully engage with other human beings.
This is a fantastic and extremely durable th-cam.com/users/postUgkx4e2fa6x27dF7shCelntq0ZIKt4N0jELI unicycle. This was my first unicycle and I have really thrashed this thing for the past eight months or so and it has stood up very well. The only thing that has broken are the plastic pedals, they take a beating as you learn to ride, but an upgrade to metal pedals is fairly inexpensive and pretty necessary for most any unicycle. I have since acquired a 36 inch Coker for commuting and having ridden that I realized that the saddle on this unicycle can be a bit uncomfortable after a few hours riding, but still it is a great unicycle to start out on.
I'll wait for the trolley handle before buying this. Without the trolley handle it kinda cancels out the portability of this wheel since you will be forced to carry lift it if you're unable to ride it in some places.
V12ht rider here. Looking for my daughter 16 first wheel. I think the ht is too much torque for her and a bit heavy. But otherwise a slightly scaled down version of the 12ht would be ideal. Does this wheel seem to fit that spec described above?
Thank you for the review. Aside from some short and stupid videos, nobody is talking about this wheel. Must be because is not a flagship, over the top powerful EUC. Great video!
19KG IS LIKE v10f or add 6more and go to 16X weather increased protection is good seling point i am like this euc is on market not for me personaly but this EUC can make many people fully satisfied.
What is its price? Will there be a pull-out handle for transportation? And why did they remove the 1500 watt motor and put a weaker one at 1000 watts? What's the point? A weaker engine is easier to push through and fall, especially at a speed of 25-30 miles per hour. The msm 5 had 1500 watts.
If only the ShermanS was 126v & waterproof, after 5 months and 2900 miles i haven't had a single issue with it caring my 250lbs of weight. I have gone through some deep waters on washed out trails during our rainy season. Getting caught in a downpour makes me wish for a better waterproofed wheel, for now i just put a plastic garbage bag over the SS.
Он такой же шумный, как 1 версия? Мотор. И покрышка шумит как у вездехода. Ручка как выдвигается? Так и не показал. Я не хочу переть на себе. Я хочу катить в метро!
And how this is a better wheel than KS18XL for the beginners?! Kingsong 18xl faster, with better trolley handle, slimmer, and has battery that is just at the sweet spot - not too much, but also not the small one.
You'd be hard pressed these days to find a Z10 with a working battery pack available for sale. Those things are notorious for battery failures related to laying around in warehouses and not being charged. I'd rather recommend a V8/V10/KS16xl etc for a beginner
Hi everyone, I would like to know the real real top speed 30-35-40-45km/h?? There is so much different information depending on the resellers? I weigh 68kg.
I am very experienced rider but I really like this wheel. ANd the pedals for the price are awesome, best pedals on the market!
Yeah I like begodes efforts in the pedal department. Than you gaze upon the pedals in the sherman-s and Patton and shake your head, 😆

but with EUC removable battery is a tough call...

Nice review Jack! My main objection to the A2 is the price. It's intended as entry-level, so I wish it were cheaper.
Exactly. Where it's priced, it's an easy recommendation to stretch one's budget for an InMotion V12. At $999 the A2 would be a no-brainer.
360 Vroomers the A2 is actually cheaper then the mten4 you should look up for it
If you live in SoCal you can get one for 800

V8F because of the trolley and lower weight.

how much you weight and what was your top speed with A2?
