The Islamic ending is based but the ottomans did not care about converting. A better bet would be on the two based ummayad generals who wanted to conquer all of Europe until the Urals and then met the caliph at constantinople.
Creativity-wise this was probably one of your best videos. I loved the Slavic endings (Zapadoslavia reminded me of the Thousand Week Reich story) and Hidden Cursed Ending the most I think!

The issue with this ending is the relations between Germany and the Allies, regardless of timeline Germany would hold resentment towards them. Germany was a threat to both the East and to the West because it acted as a third party on the world stage not affiliated with either "side" as much as it was its own force.
