The dearness allowance case of West Bengal govt employees has been pending in the supreme court since 2022. WB govt employees first won the case in State Administrative Tribunal then single bench as well as division bench of Calcutta High court gave judgement in favour of West Bengal govt employees.But instead of paying DA, TMC party run state govt went to supreme court in 2022 where it has been pending till today. Hearing has been postponed 12 times in supreme court. Justice delayed is justice denied.

Can you bring to the notice of CJI that the politicians in Tamil Nadu who are running Medical colleges are openly inviting applications for admissions in MBBS courses with non refundable deposits running into Lakhs.All those who enter these colleges are not allowed to carry even a pen with them leave alone mobile phones.
The matter is serious and CJI should suo moto issue orders stopping all these corrupt practices.

In Haryana 6 students scored 720/720 in a single centre. It is told that question papers are leaked in Bihar only. Now inference can be drawn that leaked question papers definitely reached Haryana. In this digital era movement can be done by finger tips only. So, if any genuine candidate is deprived for fake students then there is no alternative but to conduct Re Neet.

Let the Supreme Court choose a committee of members, all of unimpeachable integrity, to take over the role of the NTA. If you can do it for the BCCI, a private society, then surely you can do it for the NTA, a cesspool of incompetence, corruption and bhakts.

there is no justice for us in this country.
CJI will give justice to students.They have to go through Summary Statement of affidavits,the prima facie irregularities,dates,subjects,exam centre,city, timings, affirmation by students which will help to randomly verify the cases and their earlier scores in school, colleges , background and any documentary mismatch will be proof in addition to what is stated in affidavit at the same time comparison of different affidavits at supreme court,the summary statement of different affidavits and collective decision by bench with some random opinion of students who are part of affidavit and those who are not part of affidavits but who can give thier opinion as students opinion cant be wrong. Any abnormalities found in will decide to give order within 2 days for reneet or limited verification of only centres with differences.Also except brilliant students no average students will get higher marks in 4 parts or subject of paper.Only Brilliant student or one who has extra ordinary memory can rutt and score high or full marks.Students opinion can also solve or take you to resolve the issue at earliest.

Many things left in the matter unchecked, unverified. As per un satisfaction on large scale, things are varying and impacting same views again and again, which is not good. It is always better to proceed on the basis of facts and evidences only. Hurry, can not be said correct but there is urgent need of final decision and direction for all the aspirants of NEET exam as a final thing for all correctly and with out any kind of injustice or partiality. There's is huge crowds who neither understand judiciary and nor it's way of dealing with sensitive matters because they think only according to past and history of any thing. It's time to bring the change for youth's of this country and not for any individual beneficiary, what students want. Every one have to understand the best suggestion "All is well" as per needs.🇮🇳
