"KUON: Memories of Waves and Light" (久遠 ~光と波の記憶~, Kuon ~Hikari to Nami no Kioku~, lit. “Eternity ~Memory of Light and Waves~”), alternatively known as "Eternity ~Memory of Lightwaves~", is the main theme of Final Fantasy X-2. It was composed by Noriko Matsueda and Takahito Eguchi.

Played on early 1970s Aria AC-80 classical guitar with Paulino Bernabe Hard Tension strings.

This song is so beautiful for some reason it reminds me of my uncle who passed away so I listen to it constantly personally I’ve never played the game but this song has brought me hope when I needed it the most.
For anyone who comes and sees this, there's nothing wrong attaching to a song of something you've never played or seen before. Music enhances, and great music surpasses original intent.
I hope this song continues bringing you hope. To me, it's bittersweet nostalgia, back when things were sort of okay.

ballzy its kinda basically just like drawing fo example i think that i hav like a yr of praciticing on how to draw anime and ive improved allot (im selftaught) and tbh i dont rlly watch anime but i just admire the way how ppl draw anime in so many different ways and everything it just takes time for everything oh and u know for example the "masters" (the anime animators) took them like about 8yrs to be an expert at it (not exactly 8 but u know what i mean)

Because of the non-piano stuff happening in the original, I was skeptical when I clicked on this video. But this is... perfection. The original needed the non-piano sounds to make it feel right, but the sound of the guitar just makes it feel right by itself. Bravo, and extremely well played.
