This antenna tunes well on all HF bands (1.8-50), but most of the time I have a lot of QRM below 7MHz. It works nice. More than I expected. And it's really cheap. So I consider it a good choice for tight roof places.

I can't verify it, because it's sealed, but I believe that's whats inside, yes.
