For the black sitcom mod, it's under the watch movie option on the tv's. Now you might need to have the movie hangout stuff pack to watch a movie on the tv. I will try to find a better alternative for base game! So, just look out for a notification from me :) As far as where you can take your sims, if you only have base game, you have Willow Creek, Oasis Springs and Newcrest. You can use your phone to travel to different lots within those worlds. For example, you can travel to the park, gym, lounge, museum, etc. Open your phone, go to the tab with the car, and hit travel. Pick a world (I would suggest Willow Creek or Oasis Springs, because Newcrest is like a customizable world. They don't have any lots prebuilt.) And you just pick where you want to take your sims!
