Thank you for this video it really helps me a lot. Recently i had back spasm i felt like something snapped or cracked on my lower back and it was so damn painful and couldn't move at all. I was in bed rest for 3 days cause even just a little movement hurts me so much. Up until now my back still hurts but not that much anymore and i can move my body now but im still being careful because im afraid it might trigger again. Most of the time my back feels numb or burning all the way down to my legs and toes. I cry most of the time because im afraid that im not gonna feel better anymore. But after watching this video it gives me peace of mind. Thank you so much
