Was good RP by gigi, but calling her a mastermind or any other super glazzin stuff is crazy ngl. She gave the basic standard defense that any crim(who isn't a complete idiot) would've given in that situation.. its only cause the PD is the exact opposite of being any type of mastermind, or any clue to wtf they are doing, that makes gigi seem that way.. at least make it a little tough for her, or make her sweat a little! How you gonna call this an interrogation when it was more like taking a victim's statement. lol. But pretty sure when your "interrogating" someone you wouldn't want to feed the person you were interrogating information about the situation as part of the questions your asking them. They say they on some job shit, and someone kidnapped them and held them hostage and eventually was told to go in the back while they drove. I can see why you thought she was really a victim. So I'm sure you asked if the scary guy with the gun had stolen or taken anything else off of her other then the keys to her car. And since he wasn't all that bad of a guy that they didn't want to press charges on him(at first), I doubt that he had taken anything else from her. Sure you prolly followed it up by asking why once she was in the backseat and he as in front, wasn't there any attempt to get ahold of the police? via 311 or text.. because he said he would shoot her? What about when they were pulled over and he didn't have his weapon drawn and she didn't seem like she was in any distress? Prolly just forgot she had it on her with all the stress. An since she didn't use her phone I'm sure she wouldn't mind maybe just showing you her texts and call log just to ease your mind and completely clear her name of any involvement? Find passionate pd officers, who are trained well, that can give as much as they take... and youll find passionate crim characters who are the same way.. and thats when everyone gets to feel the euphoria..... You have some pretty funny formating and phrasing. I kinda get what you're saying about the cops pressing more in interrogation, but nothing more was going to come from this scenario. No judge is going to agree to a phone subpoena for a case like this. As for your questions, the suspect would just say they were nervous, can't recall much, and give some vague description of the suspect. Also, the person that plays the cop in this scenario, Peppo, is actually an amazing role player and his character is pretty good at investigations if you watch.
