This is great because it's before the release of his first single and it's one of the great songs he played in the 79- 81 period. I'd love to be able to see this live. Thanks a million for posting!
This is one of my favorite songs by Lou Miami. I remember he would hold his fingers up by his eyes to make eyeglasses while he sang this song. He was a genius performance artist with a great sense of humor. I miss you Lou!! My baby wore rubber pants!!!
I grew up in this time and now I hang with a lot of current punk and hardcore bands and fans in Boston but I'm thinking if I took my young friends on the way back machine a lot of the bands I liked they wouldn't get- Mission Of Burma, human Sexual Response, Limbo Race. I'm positive they would dig this and I'm very glad they would.
Sorry, don't know it & can't find it. Try posting a question at the New Wave Outpost. It's free to read or to sign up & post. Then go to Message Board, then Obscure 80s Central & under that there is a folder way down called 80's New England Bands. Maybe you can jog someone's memories. There are some old posts about Lou. You definitely saw a lot of him!
I'm delighted to please fans of Lou!
It's been many years since I heard this song. Jack's in Cambridge maybe The Space or Cantone's'. Thanks for posting.

That is a colorful connection, even if not first-hand. Long may his memory live on through his music, performance vids & fan's memories!
I’m going to listen to him right now!

@jpfiloramo Happy to bring back memories of days gone by. Hope some day I can get my hands on the entire track so I can post it.
