Oh man, I just came across this Tim! Fellow Cal Haunts family member here. First time seeing The Farm, love it! It's great that Chris and Gina go around to show everyone the haunts in L.A.
A truly superb display. So creative and immersive. Thank you so much for the inspiration. So, the obvious question is where do you store this? I had an elaborate Home Haunt in Santa Barbara for years, and only a one car garage. Needless to say, the Missus had concerns.....
I'm loving these walk-throughs. So many great spooky ideas and neat ways to do things. Very fun, thanks again guys you are awesome and so are these haunts!
All the Halloween decorations laying around in the farm makes me think that a red back hill Billy lives there and it's Halloween time and he just put Halloween stuff around
I know some people may think that but most especially the people that enjoy home haunt haunted houses and displays flock to these. Every night leading up to Halloween has crowds in front of them. A lot of people eat it up for sure.
I love the haunted houses! Thanks for showing these!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I know it’s probably more difficult with Harrison in tow but looks like you had a few little ones interested in keeping him entertained! 👏🏻😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
it's amazing what lengths people will go to for Halloween and it's great I had to DIY all other's DIY's due to imagination instead of $$$ but for kiddies ,even a paper towel ghost is scary!!
Hey Jessica we don't know for sure. We drove over one night to get footage and Tim had shut down his haunt just before 9pm so we missed it by minutes. We didn't want to bug him because he may have had to work the next day. We will let you know if we come across some night footage.
Well a couple things we have done is use sand bags, pvc tubes filled with sand, cement blocks to weigh down tents, ratchet strap down tarps, screw 1x3 wood sandwiching plastic in between the wood and wall panels, using weights, sand, and barrels filled with water to weight down large facades. We screw all props and pumpkins into place, glue plywood to the backs of foam props. pound rebar into ground and tie skeletons onto them. Just to name a few things.
@@HollywoodHaunter ok cool...i use scaffold as my frames and Black Visqueen for walls and roof, but the wind just does a number on it...i have thought about switching to plywood or drywall instead to maybe combat the wind that way....thoughts?
If you can easily attach the ply to the pipe i think it would hold up better for sure then you could just stack them for storage. I'd still use plastic across the top make it tight across with wood strips attached to the plywood sides.
you know what just 12:12 is all just gore you know BUT meanwhile i love it its from their ideas it is pretty scary with the same time also gory and gruesome also with all the blood and those faces i am not going to say anything or it will be spoiled for the other viewers i want a job like that in the USA or anywhere with that i an make it more terrifiying and the maximum of gore , gruesome and all that blood hahahaha love it it makes me the heeby jeebyies hahaha.
I love Halloween but those carcasses look way too real. I can't believe how desensitized your son is by it all. It is just way too violent. I would never allow a kid to see this sort of thing. The splatters, the ripped face, the gurney guy, that hand looks so real not to mention the accurate mottled paint work on those bodies. There is fun spooky stuff then there is disturbing horror. Not entertaining to me, it is just unsettling. BTW, I am a mortician.
Jeana and I are not into the horror and gore either but we tried to support several of our friends that are and showcase their hard work they put into their haunted houses. Our son was the dancing one at the end and since he's young we don't like him seeing horror movies and scary stuff yet but when it comes to props he has watched us create all kinds of weird things because that's what we do for a living. I can certainly understand were you're coming from. Even though this stuff can look realistic at times I just see foam, rubber, and the smell of laytex paint and to me its quite different from the real thing. Besides it's not the haunted houses and props that are scary but the alive people that are in them you should fear the most. People can be crazy that's for sure.
I love that there are still people out there keeping the nostalgia of personal Haunts alive.. Thanks to Chris and Jeana 🎃🏠👻
Nostalgia? It's getting bigger!
I love this guy! "Got em for cheap off Craig's List, Home Depot, Amazon. Repurposed it." Decorations don't need to be costly, just used effectively!
love how humble this couple is. they're work is insane yet they give MAD props to the men under.
I like this haunt. It looks so tame and inviting, almost wholesome on the outside but on the inside it looks like a SAW movie set.
LOL!
So fun that Tim's son knows how things were made. "This is paper mache and paper clay." Haunter already!! Loved the tour. Thanks.

It's amazing what folks can do with a lot of cool homemade stuff, very well done!
This why Halloween is awesome, it’s 10x interactive than stationary and flashy Christmas decorations.
I think the whole thing is amazing. I love all the details and homemade aspects of the props. Nice collection and display! Awesome!
Love the excitement of fellow haunters
What a great haunt! I love the oil diffuser idea! And I loved Harrison's dancing!
Amazing!!! Loved the idea of the TV screen with a wooden frame around it playing the fx dvd!
This is who I aspire to be when I grow up!

"The Farm" sounds like CIA-talk for their headquarters. 🙂
Fantastic job!
9:32 hey i bought that same light this year for my Halloween decorations
I wonder where he store all this stuff? How long he needs to build it up for Halloween. Or is it all days the year displayed?
I know this video is from a couple of years ago, but is there a night time walk through video somewhere? I’d love to see this display all lit up!

That was a great walk through. Tim's son is very creative
Yes he is 😀 It's neat to see him go from being a little shy to full on in character.
Awsome!! I really Loved the Corpses & Body Parts!!! Now off to check Craigslist!! :-)
Maybe Tim can remind me how that timer is setup now because I can't remember!
another awesome haunt... glad you could share!!
Great video and great Haunt!
I wish I can see it at night, man what a nice yard that’s my dream I can do that
Stan Winston just put up a video on how that corpsing is done. Basically Barge rubber cement, a Hairdryer and paint brush.
We started watching that too! So awesome 😀
That shirt is brilliant tho!
Ew, that is GOTTA be so scary cool!!!☻💀🖤🕸🕷
Awesome people and parents
I need to go to harbor freight!

Love this haunt!!!!
Cool. Only 2 more days!!!
Question for haunters: i do a haunted house every year amd it's outside....how do you guys combat high winds?

Anyway, this video is great! Thanks for the ideas!
This would be so cool, I am hoping to put some farm stuff into my haunt this year
