Finally someone who doesn’t spend $20,000 on a trailer! You are the most realistic person on TH-cam that I’ve seen , every other person that owns their own company goes in the debt 20 to 30 K.
Very clean simple one of the best i seen so far thanks for sharing .If you cant build your own when starting then you dont belong in this business. Buy new built after you build your business
Nice of you to post this very informative video. Will it be too much to ask you to include the parts list for the novices like me who are motivated to follow in your footsteps?
Kenny great video learn a lot about plumbing a trailer. just getting started in the pressure washing business I don't have a trailer yet but working on it the hose that feed your chemical will the pressure drop on the reel hose when the chemical is returning back into the chemical tank is it open when you are using the system to soft wash
Im doing the same but im buying an enclosed trailer so that it can stay locked and safe from any rain or snow. Enclosed ones will also help a little with the noise probably
Awesome set up. Is there any way you can message me all the materials needed for this setup? I want to build my own. A drawing or map would be killer! I’d pay for just the blue prints!
When you started showing the softwash tank, my 1st thought was, "softwash tank? I don't see no set up for that!" But then you went and showed the baby pump and the rest of the setup, I sat my ass done and hushed up. 😂😂
I got lucky and picked up a 275 water tank for free, saw a yard with tons of them went to purchase one and they said they had no need for it and were trying to clean up,they loaded it up in my truck now that's 1 less thing I have to purchase I'm in the process of rigging up my trailer
Everything you said here is true, it's cheaper to do a setup yourself, it's real cheaper. Even for a truck bed skid. Just get a powerful enough engine and a powerful pump, hook them up together. Plum them, your done. You can save hundreds to thousands. That's what I'm doing right now, but on the 1st buy, I bought the wrong engine, I can't use a Vertical Shaft😞 So now I have to get rid of this one and buy the right one. I did my research but never looked on that topic. Trial and error.
Good info man. Just bought the same pressure washer and starting up for the first time here in about a week when everything gets in. I ended up spending a bit more and hope its enough. Pressure Washers Direct def took the time to help me and answer any questions I had without aggravation. Can't say enough good things about em. Good luck and keep the helpful videos coming.
Clean setup do you help ppl build there setup my friend I recently bought my trailer n pressure washer equipment but I’m having trouble setting everything up
I've watched several videos and your's was well planned and thoughtfully executed with precision. Have you seriously considered assembling the equipment and plumbing components for clients? Say, for example, somebody provided everything and paid you generously for your time & labor?
Your brass gun on your soft wash reel, it has a cone jet type tip? What range are you getting out of that when on jet? . I like that you can dial it down to a mist it's also nice to be able to put it more on the stream and shoot it longer range
Great video. As to the unloader valve on your pressure washer. I understand that the 3/8th blk. line just comes out of the washer and loopes right back into the flo valve. If you run another 3/8th line from the top back to your tank. What do you do with the short 3/8th line that goes back into the pressure washer and now it is only connected at the bottom? Do you have to run another line from the tank to it, to finish the connection. My son want to get started in the business and I want to help him with the building of the trailer, but I'm a little confused on this part. Thanks for any help that I can get.
Nice rig i got about it all gathered up the stuff to build one .i do not know how much to charge i guess i could ask my competition that's if i get in the game any thoughts
Really enjoyed your video!!! I've been doing some pressure washing and a little bit of soft washing in the past few months. I like everything you've done to your trailer and will probably copy your rig in the next month or so. Already have a 4000 psi 4.0 gpm Honda powered pressure washer and a smaller unit that I started with. My plan is to mount the power washer on the trialer without the wheels so that it's permanently mounted and use the smaller unit as a roll around unit. I've acuumulated a lot of the stuff I need over the past two or three months, just haven't decided on a trailer yet. I keep looking on Craig's List and I'm sure one will pop up at some point that I can mount everything in and have a dedicated power wash trailer.
Thank you for this video. That helps a lot person like me . I’m just set up my trailer and I’m doing everything by videos like your. I really appreciate if you can recommend what water filter use to my 8 gpm machine and my buffer tank feeding? Thank you
On your soft wash system, does that setup allow you to reach far for roof washing without having to walk the roof? I'd like some info on where to get that brass gun/wand setup. Thanks.
How does having the hoses on the back workout instead of the side I was going to put them on the back but I'm scared it's going to be more of a pain trying to wind them up cuz you got to pull the hose straight
So where I'm at we don't back in people's driveways you do everything from Road so probably be smarter to put the hose reels on the side I just don't have no room sep on the back the way you do
So do you have any trouble with the chemical tank leaking at the bottom plumbing connection? Just curious. I want to get a bigger bleach tank but thought having one with no plumb hole in the bottom would be better for leaks. Let me know man. Thanks. Yours looks great.
Dillon question. Does he have the orange real and orange hose for soft washing roofs ? is that the setup you would need to clean roofs ? I'm trying to get this all figured out
Guys you city guys have got to get it together on trailer weight distribution. I’ve seen 4 people wreck right in front of my farm because they load skid loaders tractors etc on the axle. You gotta get that weight up on the tongue so your truck is is soaking up half the weight. You go down the road especially on rain soaked roads that weight back there literally lifts your truck axle up off the ground and you will lose control. Trust me on this. Not jumping your ass. Just don’t wanna see you get yourself in a wreck. Water weighs 8.33 pounds a gallon. That’s 2290 lbs you have waaaay back on that axle with damn near none of it on the tongue and truck. Put the tank up front and the washer and smaller tank towards the trailer axle and you will be much safer going down the road.
Agreed on buy the top of the line. It may sting a bit and increase your risk starting out, but if failure isnt an option for you, then get the best eq and tooling possible. Youll be faster, produce better results and impress your customers. Nobody wants to see a pro pulling up with the same setup you can buy at Walnart for $199,
wow. I ordered the Echo Bear Cat 4000 for 1,200 thinking I was gonna start offering pressuring washing services in my lawn business. Come to this video and realize might be more to pressure washing then I thought. No idea how all your equipment works, or what it's purpose is for but looks like I got learning to do. Any tips on where to start first?
Michael McCullough Hey this might be a bit late but the PWRA forums is fantastic haven of knowledge. Id recommend Tri state soft washes video on starting a pressure washing business before you do anything but aslong as your self sufficient you should work it out. If you need some one to call to help get you started I am happy to help anyway I can 615-440-1339
Hello, so I am looking at putting a water refill spout on my trailer to refill my 600 gallon tank instead of using fire hose and having someone hold it to refill. Have you ever installed one yourself? Do you have any recommendations on the parts/pieces needed to install it?
Does your soft side have enough balls to reach like a 2 or 3 story peak to apply chem during a housewash? And if so how long does a full tank last you or is it sufficient enough to not even worry about running the chem tank out.
I had it ran to the battery on my pressure washer. I have a new trailer that I built this year that is much nicer. If you look at the video of it I go through everything on it
Great video man I though was awesome... I don't have a belt drive I'm trying to figure out how to redirect water when the spraygun is disengaged so the pump gets consistently new cold water to circulate through, got any tips? I think you had something I this video like that... Direct comment me if you can.
Nicholas Manzi depending on your unit and pump type, you should have an unloader valve. if you dont then you should be able to buy an unloader valve setup for your pump and after installing it you would run a 3/8 line from it to your tank just make sure you make it go back into the tank on the opposite end of where your pump takes water out at. if its too close it could cause air bubbles to be sucked into the pump and thats bad
Best video out of all of them. As I’m trying to put one together. Tons of trial and error. You had ,Mentioned no air bubbles. As my plumbing can use critiquing and advice I will do a video soon if you get a chance I would love your feedback thanks
i was thinking about using a water tote like that. but i heard that because it's square that the water sloshes around and makes a surge and is not good for the truck. are you experiencing any issues ? i wasn't gonna drive with mine completely full but i wanted to keep some water in it between jobs. thanks
Andmikey Mikey I don't have first hand experience but jump online to some forums, they talk about using different materials as baffles inside the tank to slow the water momentum down
Finally someone who doesn’t spend $20,000 on a trailer! You are the most realistic person on TH-cam that I’ve seen , every other person that owns their own company goes in the debt 20 to 30 K.
That's one of the cleanest setups I've seen yet. great job man!! I just set mine up yesterday almost identical to yours. works awesome.
Very clean simple one of the best i seen so far thanks for sharing .If you cant build your own when starting then you dont belong in this business. Buy new built after you build your business
My Guy this is definitely the best video I seen! Thank you!!!
Awesome. I'm just about to build. But I'll put it all on a skid or make a power cube. I need my trailer for my property maintenance equipment as well
Nice of you to post this very informative video. Will it be too much to ask you to include the parts list for the novices like me who are motivated to follow in your footsteps?
Beautifully engineered, clean set up man. Looks perfect. Congratulations!
you made this setup look very very simple - we would love to see the trailer in action especially the softwashing
Beautiful my friend. Simple and elegant.
i really like your set up. Thank you for the video. This has been the easiest video to follow along with
Howdy. Just seeing this video. Awesome work. How did you secure the machine down.
Kenny great video learn a lot about plumbing a trailer. just getting started in the pressure washing business I don't have a trailer yet but working on it the hose that feed your chemical will the pressure drop on the reel hose when the chemical is returning back into the chemical tank is it open when you are using the system to soft wash

where you get your wather? thas a good set up.. good day.
Could you put a list of parts and equipment and were you got them from and do you need a water tank that big or could you go smaller
Very nice! How much do you think that thing weighs with a full buffer tank?
275 gallons at 8.34 pounds per gallon a full buffer tank will weigh roughly 2,293.5 pounds
Awesome set up. Is there any way you can message me all the materials needed for this setup? I want to build my own. A drawing or map would be killer! I’d pay for just the blue prints!
Did you ever get one? I really could use some help😅
I.like your set up its easy then other setups I seen
With your 275 gal tote first part of the set up can i get the all specific and links to the parts to complete the set up
When you started showing the softwash tank, my 1st thought was, "softwash tank? I don't see no set up for that!"
But then you went and showed the baby pump and the rest of the setup, I sat my ass done and hushed up.

Do you use a pump to help your pressure washer receive water with the water tank or do you just use the pump for the soft wash side
nice setup been debating on building my on pressure washing trailer just got in to pressure washing we all so do mobile media blasting
Great video. Good practical advice. Good explanation and overview of your setup, especially how you have it plumbed.
excellent video, one question .. where do you take the water to fill your water tank?
Do you have a list of everything needed for all of the plumping for that set up? I'm going with that same type of layout. .
Everything you said here is true, it's cheaper to do a setup yourself, it's real cheaper.
Even for a truck bed skid.
Just get a powerful enough engine and a powerful pump, hook them up together. Plum them, your done.

Trial and error.
Very nice video love the set up
Why can't I ever get my hoses to look that neat on the real no Matthew hard I try my hose overlaps any advice boss?
Good info man. Just bought the same pressure washer and starting up for the first time here in about a week when everything gets in. I ended up spending a bit more and hope its enough. Pressure Washers Direct def took the time to help me and answer any questions I had without aggravation. Can't say enough good things about em. Good luck and keep the helpful videos coming.
Clean setup do you help ppl build there setup my friend I recently bought my trailer n pressure washer equipment but I’m having trouble setting everything up
Great setup ! you batch mix for the soft wash. Do you downstream chems to the power washer out of the same tank ?
1 IBC tank how many trucks can wash?
Very nice clean setup!
Nice job man ! Perfect
Is your chemical hose just air hose? Could I use flexzilla air hose for softwashing?
That’s a nice set up. Did you model it off of another setup or figure it all out on your own
Don’t know if you are still active but did you pressure treat your wood to avoid corrosion from the sh?
I've watched several videos and your's was well planned and thoughtfully executed with precision. Have you seriously considered assembling the equipment and plumbing components for clients?
Say, for example, somebody provided everything and paid you generously for your time & labor?
Mitch Meier I agree, this guy has an engineering mind and should do set up consulting.
Serious trailer set up and video, great job, i agree, you could be the man to build trailers
Your brass gun on your soft wash reel, it has a cone jet type tip? What range are you getting out of that when on jet? . I like that you can dial it down to a mist it's also nice to be able to put it more on the stream and shoot it longer range
I really like your set up. Simple but effective. Thanks

Just subscribed, do you have a list of stuff you bought? Mainly plumbing fittings...
Nice rig i got about it all gathered up the stuff to build one .i do not know how much to charge i guess i could ask my competition that's if i get in the game any thoughts
Could you leave the links to all of these parts man ? I'm looking to start building my own trailer !
How do you turn on & off your soft wash pump when washing?
Really enjoyed your video!!! I've been doing some pressure washing and a little bit of soft washing in the past few months. I like everything you've done to your trailer and will probably copy your rig in the next month or so. Does the pump get power all the time? Or is it powered by the generator when you turn it on? What type of pump would you recommend to start with?
Thank you for this video. That helps a lot person like me . I’m just set up my trailer and I’m doing everything by videos like your.
I really appreciate if you can recommend what water filter use to my 8 gpm machine and my buffer tank feeding?
Thank you
What is the remote fuel tank for? To start the washer?
On your soft wash system, does that setup allow you to reach far for roof washing without having to walk the roof? I'd like some info on where to get that brass gun/wand setup. Thanks.
dope plumb job bro 💪🏾
Do you think if I bought the equipment you could assist me in building one of these for my son?
How does having the hoses on the back workout instead of the side I was going to put them on the back but I'm scared it's going to be more of a pain trying to wind them up cuz you got to pull the hose straight
I back my trailer in the customers driveway so I do pull them straight... look at my new trailer build I finished last week
So where I'm at we don't back in people's driveways you do everything from Road so probably be smarter to put the hose reels on the side I just don't have no room sep on the back the way you do
You can go to a fab shop and have them weld a second rail on that side longways with the trailer and have them mounted hanging over the side
A guy i know got what i'm guessing is the exact same trailer at Runnings, free financing for a year, maybe two? for $1700 total. really good deal
Nice setup. It might be a simple setup to you but way above my IT head.
So do you have any trouble with the chemical tank leaking at the bottom plumbing connection? Just curious. I want to get a bigger bleach tank but thought having one with no plumb hole in the bottom would be better for leaks. Let me know man.
Thanks. Yours looks great.
No more vids????
Do you have links to the soft washing kit and water tank kit
You've got a badass power washer setup I wonder why you didn't just get a downstream injector for your washer. I'm sure you have a good reason
Dillon question. Does he have the orange real and orange hose for soft washing roofs ? is that the setup you would need to clean roofs ? I'm trying to get this all figured out
what do yall do with your wastewater? Im trying to learn more about it now

GREAT VIDEO!
I'm looking for info on what chemical mix you use for pressure washing and what mix you use for (soft) roof washing?
Very clean and organized!!! 👍🏻
Why do you have a big water tank? You don't use the customers water?
GO FOR IT! THAT EASY SOLVED MY CONCERNS
Can you put links in to where to buy all the components?
Brilliant mate, thanks a lot...
Nice setup bud 👍, question how you got that extra hole on top of the tank ?
Agreed on buy the top of the line. It may sting a bit and increase your risk starting out, but if failure isnt an option for you, then get the best eq and tooling possible. Youll be faster, produce better results and impress your customers. Nobody wants to see a pro pulling up with the same setup you can buy at Walnart for $199,
Thanks for the encouragement. You rock!!!!!!
Very nice job. Looks excellent.

What kind of hose are you using for the soft wash side? Good work
What size trailer is that? Great video btw
Hello, so I am looking at putting a water refill spout on my trailer to refill my 600 gallon tank instead of using fire hose and having someone hold it to refill. Have you ever installed one yourself? Do you have any recommendations on the parts/pieces needed to install it?
Kenny, it looks like your softwash is only hooked up to a chemical tank. How do you prevent corrosion? Especially with brass.
Where did you get the equipment from? The pressure pro?
Amazing set up
Where can I get the Hannay hose reel from and what model number. I like that one. I went to their sight and got lost.
Hi Kenny, I am wondering if I can talk with you regarding the setup that you have created?
How much was just the pressure washer?
Looks like he ain't takin any questions
Does your soft side have enough balls to reach like a 2 or 3 story peak to apply chem during a housewash? And if so how long does a full tank last you or is it sufficient enough to not even worry about running the chem tank out.
What size hose do you use for your supply line? 3/4 or 5/8
Hey bud just curious what’d you have your soft wash pump wired to to get power to that pump
I had it ran to the battery on my pressure washer. I have a new trailer that I built this year that is much nicer. If you look at the video of it I go through everything on it
Do you use the small tank for chemical mix ?
I see you don't have your tank elevated and your pressure washer on it's dolly high do you get water to your pressure washer
Arthur Moore the washer is belt driven and will draw the water from the tank on its own
Great setup! Thank you very much for the detailed walk-through. I've subbed your channel. Thanks! Cheers - Luther
Great video man I though was awesome... Nice Job dude! Would you repeat agi please the brand of the hose reel (Chemical line), please?
Hannay reel
Best video out of all of them. As I’m trying to put one together. Tons of trial and error. You had ,Mentioned no air bubbles. As my plumbing can use critiquing and advice I will do a video soon if you get a chance I would love your feedback thanks
But Coty at Southeast Softwash says DIY is dumb and better to go balls deep into debt on a pre fab skid
Where did you purchase tour hose and reel?
We’ll done man ! You got a money make my
You forgot the HEAT! Hot water is KING!
Your trailer looks great. You've had it for a while now.. did anything jump out since the side rails are low? Thanks for the video.
Nice job man
i was thinking about using a water tote like that. but i heard that because it's square that the water sloshes around and makes a surge and is not good for the truck. are you experiencing any issues ? i wasn't gonna drive with mine completely full but i wanted to keep some water in it between jobs. thanks
Andmikey Mikey I don't have first hand experience but jump online to some forums, they talk about using different materials as baffles inside the tank to slow the water momentum down
just use the dump valve and refill at the next job.......I may carry 50 gallons and so far no problems. I have mine set up on a 5' X 8' trailer.
Whats the manufacture on the cord reel?
