"Go'on Jalen"................. Jalen Gone. . . " LOL -- Most amazing Coaching I've witnessed -- these Bama players never lost their will to win.. They got shaky and weary at times.. understandably. Minkah Fitzpatrick (Best Defensive player on team arguably) went up to Jalen to express the frustration of the defense to him and to tell him to turn it around.. Obviously that defense knew they weren't going to LAST or win with Jalen going 3/out like the 2017 Clemson Championship game. Jalen never did turn it around. The Greatest Coach of all time not only had one of the greatest QB's in his back pocket but he had the guts to bench his 25-2 starter for a TRUE Freshman QB in said Back pocket.. Tua Tagovailoa .. who had not played a single meaningful snap since Highschool last year lol. Another GREAT call was to have faith that this true freshman could run Seattle in a cover 2 defense -- That's something some QB's in the NFL can't pull off.. in fact it's hard for any QB to pull that throw off on any level and hold a safety over to hit the streak FAST enough on the left side of field. But.. Tua stood up from that 16 yard Sack on 1st.. looked over at the call.. saw Seattle.. and threw the ball to a Freshman, Devonta Smith for the TD, and walk off Win. The Freshman class for Alabama is nothing short of AMAZING -- Which spells trouble for people who want Bama to go away :p RTR
As a Georgia I have to say this literally broke my heart! I stayed up till 12:00 in the morning (I had school the next day) and I’ve honestly never cried from a football game, but that brought me to tears because I thought Georgia was finally good enough to beat Alabama but I guess I was wrong. Alabama is an incredible football program and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing game. I’m glad that we lost because it teaches us what we need to do better and what we need to prepare for. So once again thank you alabama for even thinking us worthy to challenge. Go dawgs!
I loved the Bear he did great things, but Saban has done more. Winning in today’s college football is much harder then it was in Bears time. So the Bear was great, but Saban is the best coach Alabama’s ever had.
I wanted this year so bad, I am so tired of hearing next year. But it was a hell of a game. Hopefully Kirby can keep this up. I think every UGA fan wants to beat yall in a championship game with Saban still at the helm. But it will unfortunately most likely only happen in the SEC Championship game.

We are set if we can do this for the long run like the Alabama's and Ohio State's of the world. It's all about constancy now. We will back and CKS will have us ready. Julian Burrell i don't see him getting pt at halfback. We still have Najee and Jacobs. If he wants to play hes gonna have to improve his passing and compete to get his job back
True, but I don't think a position change is out of the question for him. He's not going to get drafted as a QB. If he perfects what he does well, he'd still be a big part of the team and have a real shot at making it to the NFL.
H-back and halfback aren’t exatly the same position. H-back is more like a tight end/fullback hybrid. Halfback is more of a running back that doesn’t line up as a tailback.
Nathan Woodley you're right on the first part. But halfback is a running back but a running back isnt necessarily a halfback, its kind of like how all squares are rectangles but rectangles don't have to be squares

Coming back to this video 3.5 years later, the loss was not fun as a Georgia fan but I would still argue that this game and the 2012 SEC Championship were two of the best games of the 21st Century so far. There is never a boring matchup between these two teams.

You get half the 5 stars every recruiting class what more do you want teams are a 2-3 touch down underdog by bamas recruiting talent alone. You can out coach BAMA by a lot and BAMA will still win by a lot. Why? They've 3-5 future NFL pro bowlers on their rooster from recruiting and probably have 10-15 more future NFL starters than you've from recruiting. Now if college teams were divided evenly on talent Saban would be another coach

As a Georgia fan it really hurts losing a lead like that in the National Championship but I got to give props to Alabama they played their game and took advantage of us in the 2nd half especially Tua. Can anyone remember what I said in the last video? #2 quarterback should be # 1 and vice versa. I blame this all on Sabin. He should have swapped out quarterbacks at the start of the year. Tua's mistakes could also have been lessened if Sabin had at least shown him some more game time in the 4th quarter. When outcomes assured swap out your 1st string. Tua's best strength is he scans the whole field, where as Hurts only sticks to designed plays. DAMMIT Sabin help out your offensive coordinator, (stop yelling at him), and give him the best personnel for the job!

that one overthrown pass from Fromm out in the left flat on 3rd and about 4 was the difference (mid-late4th qtr). One Bama D-Lineman had his hand way up, as it turned out, right exactly in the path of the throw. Fromm tried to arc it but not leave it short for a pick 6 and instead just got it over the RB's finger tips. The fourth and three punt followed. First down there and Bama doesn't have enough time even if UGA went three and out. It's easy to miss why he overthrew it if you don't watch it twice slow.

Saban always preaches, play the next play. No matter what happens. This game was the perfect example. No matter what the score was, no matter how many things went against us, even when it seemed hopeless, they played the next play.
Good game bama, I think every UGA Fan is devastated, but this time I feel like we have plenty to look forward too. In 2012, it really felt like we were pretty much never going to make it to the national championship under Mark Richt, but Kirby *feels*, we are way ahead of schedule, one of us believed we would play y'all this close in the National Title Game in only year two. It has been one hell of a season, probably the most exciting in my 25 years of life. I think what one it for yall was yalls depth and coaching experience. That Tua guy tore up out biggest weakness in our secondary. But Kirby is recruiting like a mad man, and we will probably have this type of depth soon. I really hope we can face off in the post season again, in fact, I hope it becomes a rivalry, just one that is even balanced in the win loss column. Sucks Bama won it by climbing back into the game with some incredibly well timed blown calls by the refs. One is understandable and happens in college football, but 7-8? As a Georgia I have to say this literally broke my heart! I stayed up till 12:00 in the morning (I had school the next day) and I’ve honestly never cried from a football game, but that brought me to tears because I thought Georgia was finally good enough to beat Alabama but I guess I was wrong. Alabama is an incredible football program and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing game. I’m glad that we lost because it teaches us what we need to do better and what we need to prepare for. So once again thank you alabama for even thinking us worthy to challenge. Go dawgs!

True, but I don't think a position change is out of the question for him. He's not going to get drafted as a QB. If he perfects what he does well, he'd still be a big part of the team and have a real shot at making it to the NFL.
H-back and halfback aren’t exatly the same position. H-back is more like a tight end/fullback hybrid. Halfback is more of a running back that doesn’t line up as a tailback.

Coming back to this video 3.5 years later, the loss was not fun as a Georgia fan but I would still argue that this game and the 2012 SEC Championship were two of the best games of the 21st Century so far. There is never a boring matchup between these two teams.

You get half the 5 stars every recruiting class what more do you want teams are a 2-3 touch down underdog by bamas recruiting talent alone. You can out coach BAMA by a lot and BAMA will still win by a lot. Why? They've 3-5 future NFL pro bowlers on their rooster from recruiting and probably have 10-15 more future NFL starters than you've from recruiting. Now if college teams were divided evenly on talent Saban would be another coach

Can anyone remember what I said in the last video? #2 quarterback should be # 1 and vice versa. I blame this all on Sabin. He should have swapped out quarterbacks at the start of the year. Tua's mistakes could also have been lessened if Sabin had at least shown him some more game time in the 4th quarter. When outcomes assured swap out your 1st string.
Tua's best strength is he scans the whole field, where as Hurts only sticks to designed plays.

coming from a Georgia fan i will admit that was a hell of a game. we can argue the ref thi g which there was some bad calls but if our offense would have stepped up on 3rd down late in the game we wouldn't have had to worry. either way congrats. hopefully smart has us there next year for a rematch.
that one overthrown pass from Fromm out in the left flat on 3rd and about 4 was the difference (mid-late4th qtr). One Bama D-Lineman had his hand way up, as it turned out, right exactly in the path of the throw. Fromm tried to arc it but not leave it short for a pick 6 and instead just got it over the RB's finger tips. The fourth and three punt followed. First down there and Bama doesn't have enough time even if UGA went three and out. It's easy to miss why he overthrew it if you don't watch it twice slow.

Good game bama, I think every UGA Fan is devastated, but this time I feel like we have plenty to look forward too. In 2012, it really felt like we were pretty much never going to make it to the national championship under Mark Richt, but Kirby *feels*, we are way ahead of schedule, one of us believed we would play y'all this close in the National Title Game in only year two. It has been one hell of a season, probably the most exciting in my 25 years of life. I think what one it for yall was yalls depth and coaching experience. That Tua guy tore up out biggest weakness in our secondary. But Kirby is recruiting like a mad man, and we will probably have this type of depth soon. I really hope we can face off in the post season again, in fact, I hope it becomes a rivalry, just one that is even balanced in the win loss column. We were blessed this year folks! Plain and simple. My wife isn’t allowed to watch any games into the 2nd half cause that’s all she watched last night. Sucks Bama won it by climbing back into the game with some incredibly well timed blown calls by the refs. One is understandable and happens in college football, but 7-8? I hate the cloud over the game for that...we shouldn’t have that bad of officiating in the title game. Weird to be champions of college football but 3rd in your own conference...
