Gotta love our giant fish in that lake. When the water was down during wolf Creek dam construction you could bank fish for them in the spring and literally every morning and afternoon. So much fun to catch. Taste great too.
I love chasing them and the thrill of catching a giant. Who knows what this year will bring. They need to stock more than they have. Hopefully it will make some giants in the future.
Great striper fishing in fresh water lake. I'm out here near the Sacramento river and there are huge stripers out here. We use double hook anchovies in the river.
This is what we are slotted for here in KY. These fish do not venture into the ocean etc. They are grown here at our fisheries, and released into our manmade lakes. The largest fish on record at Cumberland is 60lbs I believe. According to KY... a trophy fish is 36" here. But, thanks for your input.

How the hell did a strip bass ended up In Kentucky? I fish them in Chesapeake bay in the east coast
They stock them here in the big lakes.
They can survive and grow. But, they can not spawn here due to the lack of current. But there’s plenty of food.
Death Row Waterfowl Co. that’s amazing what a great catch btw!!!!!
