Contestant Lorraine Person was quite good in both Lightning Rounds. Assuming that she was about early to mid-thirties in 1967, she would be in her later 80's now (2024).
I love watching the old movies, games etc... They had real teeth..not faked over expensive veneers that still make them look like flase Teeth just expensive ones. And the women's faces didn't have so much silicone injected.... implants whatever money can buy they're doing it today, and frankly they all look fake and many look freakishly scary and fish looking today... Lastly the awful looking tattoos all over there beautiful skin. Yes, people were real back then and I miss it!!
I think possibly, at least after the first or maybe second clue for "Appetite," I think said in a bit of a French accent, slightly projected, "Bon....." of course the thought might be the French pronunciation of the word appetite but then most players would probably figure out what the word actually is (the English pronunciation :-)
@lynnturman8157 My apologies. I saw the word "died" and didn't read the complete sentence thoroughly, so i thought you were speaking about someone who passed away. I should have read it a 2nd time. Thx, I learned a valuable lesson. (PS: if someone colored their hair, they dyed their hair.)

I wondered that myself. The man (contestant) was at least 40 years old in 1967. I knew what a Switchboard was in 1967 and I was 11 years old.
