    Posuelo beach has an amazing area with restaurants, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, boat rental, fishing and even billiard halls and bars for the locals it’s within walking distance if you live in Guayama’s town called La Puente. Very beautiful! Also great music! Also offers many other activities. It’s a NICE spot!

    Being born in puerto rico makes me very happy people enjoying it people like me are blessed to have amazing beaches I recommend “la posa de tiodoro” it has lots of space and it’s very safe for children Its good for snorkeling and swimming very nice but stay away from sea urchins!

    I like your number one choice. It's my personal favorite on the main island. There's something special about Playa Sucia (La Playuela). One of the things I LOVE is the lighthouse next door, and the AMAZING views from the jagged cliffs, and all the exploring you could do. Vieques and Culebra offer a great VARIETY of great beaches. One thing I love more than beaches, though, are the long list of river/waterfall/swimming spots on the island. If you ever go back, try to explore places like Las Tinajas, Gozalandia, El Ataud (Las Garzas), Charco Azul/Cuevas Arenales, Juan Diego Falls, Charco El Hippie, Charco Azul in Canon de San Cristobal, Charco Azul en Patillas, Las Paylas (Las Pailas), etc.

    What is the best way to get around the main island and Vieques? Taxi, Uber or rent a car?

      There is no public transportation that I saw, car rental would help. However renting a bike is also an option, that's what we did.

    Remember, there are NO private beaches in Puerto Rico

    • @annetten.8667
      @annetten.8667 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is a private beach in Guayama/ a part of Posuelo beach front. It has a section that is very private! This is again walking distance if you live in La Puente !

      That means then, that it was made with illegal permits. Probably a good donator for the two main political powers here on the island…😞

    This is great and has beaches not seen on other videos. We just came back from PR and went to 4 or 5 beaches that were recommended on almost every video we saw. Some were great, a couple not so much for various reasons. We will go back very soon and try some of these. Thanks from North Carolina.

      Next time check out the Pueblo Nuevo Beach in Vega Baja.... My favorite beach. Lots of parking and its pretty safe all around.

    • @jodylowe8476
      @jodylowe8476 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HFH-Official Thanks for the tip. We just got back from PR and hit a diff beach each day. Arecibo, Combate, Sucia, Buye and Isla Verde. I will add Vega Baja to my list next time. Sucia was spectacular except for the mounds of seaweed. I imagine there are periods during the year where it is better. I love the vibes of Buye, but Isla Verde is my fav due to the ease of access, amenities of being in San Juan and as a body surfer, waves. I still don't understand why most beaches on west coast don't have surf.

    Man you murdered the names. It's Vieques, not Viecas. Also Vieques doesn't have an electric beach. It's a Bioluminescent beach in which the water glows at dark because of a bacteria that lives there. Also Its Mar Chiquita not Mother Chiquita, also It's not El Cambata, it's El Combate 😆 I don't know if you did this on purpose or what but get the names right before posting on TH-cam dude. It's embarrassing. I was considering subbing until I saw that. 😆
    If you want to grow your channel you can't mess up those very basic things.

      @@thaliabudai2013 yeah for sure. The video wasn't bad at. In fact it has some good shots and videos. But I cannot appreciate the fact that they didn't put in the effort to even get some basic names right.
