The reason they dont pad the arm rests is because when youre aiming with low DPI, you have to pivot at the elbow and a cushion will impede your elbow movement. Being able to slide the elbow without resistance is actually a perk and intentional with hard topped arm rests.
@@Aidaken microadjustments with aiming is easier at a low DPI thats why back in the day when Rust had its old insane recoil people used low DPI and sensitivity. Personally i used 350 DPI and 0.0625 Sensitivity it was perfect for beaming people at 200+ meters.
Heads up on this chair guys: I'm a good 150 lbs under the highest rated weight for this chair if not more and after 8 months I had problems with the knee-tilt seat plate mechanism. Basically the joint that's set at an angle like a "knee" collapsed in on itself so that the chair was leaned backwards at an extreme angle. I'm currently trying to contact Fantasy Lab to see if I can get a replacement part while the chair is under warranty, but even then what am I looking at? Another 8 months? I won't even be covered under warranty at that point. I bought this chair because I was looking for something that would give me a good 3-5 years before I had to start worrying about repairs but at the moment I'm not feeling so great about my investment.

ive owned this chair and the back rest slowly bent over maybe 2 years and was permanently reclined, it was great until that happened, but im looking for a sort of sofa recliner out there if its possible to even get one

I'm not a big guy. I'm 5'9, 175lbs. But I feel that the chair I have now, is too small. So I've thought about getting a big and tall chair. This doesn't seem THAT big. So I it's in my list of chairs. I can't decide between a "gaming" chair and an office chair. I mean, gaming chairs seem to make sure that they look like a gaming chair. And, office chairs are meant to be sat in all day. So they seem like a more natural thing to get. I'm so torn and I can't decide. I miss when there were like, 3 opinions of everything. You didn't have to make a big decision because you only had a few choices. "Sigh".... China...... ruining everything. (For the record, they own like 30% of the US infrastructure. Scary).
That chair after a year will not support the weight of someone over 300 pounds that tilt mechanism is from every manufacture that uses that design. which is cast aluminum, and because it is poorly designed it will break right above the gas cylinder hole. because the engineers that designed it don't understand how a wedge works.

I've had one of this for a while now. The seat cushion falls apart and you're sitting on nearly exposed metal/plastic within a year or two.
