Personally I'm a fan of the prophet class. The sheer damage you do with psionic staff & Electrical burn is crazy and I love the extra absorbtion & self healing.
Currently hitting for around 1500-2k per hit in a non-stop stream with 30k dot dmg by the end on fully charged tart boss at level 50 (only been playing for a short time on mobile, haven't hit max level yet)with clears under the first minute.
Currently working on getting whisp and nightmare built out for extra utilities.
i love psionic beem also - dream is such a good mastery

So far it makes everything else feel underpowered to me lol.
i played so much grim dawn that i feel that this method of leveling is like the forcewave soldier hahaha, but im gonna try this when i get back to titan quest after years of not playing this great game

Where did you put your stat points? Did you show it? I sped up the video
I hoard them. But str and dex is safe for melee.
Why not go for the super nice kamehameha thing with a staff ? Since Atlantis that's an incredible dream thing.
Of course you would have to wait for a bit and spec out of distorsion wave at around level 15
This is a guide for act 1 and as you mentioned psionic beam requires not only the Atlantis Dlc but much further than level 1 - distortion wave seems like the clear pick to me
Whats stats ? Pure str?
Dream is very robust - since you can choose another mastery figure that out but if going melee str and a bit of dex is good.
