Mini Bin Mini Cart Tipper

- Here's a short demo of a motorized lego cart tipper I made to tip mini bins. I ended up making a Heil type tailgate to mount the tipper on just for looks. The packer is stationary and is only for looks. It works on all American style mini bins except for the 35 gal. Rehrigs which are in a different larger scale than all the other bins. Yup, that cart is just a little bit bigger in scale so it doesn't quite fit on the tipper.

Yessir, I was gonna try to make the packer work, but Heil 5000 packers aren't the most simple thing to build out of cardboard.

Thanks! It was hard tuning the hook up to work with all the carts since the spacing between the catch bar and the bib are just a tad different on each brand, so I'm glad I found that sweet spot.

Impressive! Now when the time comes, a Mini Roto with a custom tipper bar would be legit. Now this am has to the most realistic tipper, also, maybe make a comb tipper! You could tip everything pretty much everything!

Great construction, what is missing is the pressing process, because at some point the bed will be full and must be pressed, or is it not possible with this cardboard construction?
Thank you. This type of press wouldn't be possible to do with cardboard because of its complexity, so I'll have to make a simpler type for it to work.

What were the dimensions you used to make the back of that heil? I plan to make a full heil rl that drives and is fully r/c.
I just eyeballed it off of pictures online mostly, but I looked at the Heil brochure as well to get an idea of the ratios of the measurements.
