I'm also wondering this as well. Also if it was contained, would that be classified as pseudoaneurysm?
Could you explain me why is there a density enhancement on the delayed venous phase in active extravasation?

Do you need a delayed phase to officially call it active extravasation?
You dont have to have a delayed phase but it will increase your sensitivity and specificity
