    Initially an inflammatory pattern: Edema, Wall thickening
    That progresses to: Dilation, Wall thinning, Non-enhancement
    Finally pneumatosis, portal venous gas, rupture
    Multiple etiologies for obstruction with management implications

    Thanks for the explanation. I had a case today with areas of of both wall thickening and wall thinning and a clot in SMA i almost missed
