Hello! Thank you so much :)
First of all, congrats on getting in!!
Second, those dining halls normally do not do take out food. But UCLA actually implemented a take out option in these dining halls in order to decrease the spread of covid for several months (2021-2022). I am not hundred percent sure whether they will continue with that implementation this fall quarter, but there are also other take out places too such as the Study and BCafe!
Third, for reference, I chose 19R then switched to 14R in the middle of the school year. And Amy also switched from 14P to 11P.
