Do you have a video that goes over how to make a field required upon a status transition? For example: I have a bug we are triaging, I might have fields I want required before I close the bug that I won't know when I first open and report the bug.
What is the best practice for this> I have two different teams work on same project. One is SEO team and other one is web development team. SEO team has different process and staus for projects. Pretty much they have same route for all the projects. How would you manage two teams that works for same project ? And I have Jira cloud standard plan with admin access.
Hi, good video , however once i do this, my email channel breaks and does not log calls. Any idea how i an resolve this ? This is the error i get when trying to log a call using our email channel under the email processor logs: Date Status Key Details From Mail subject By handler 29/Jun/23 4:10 PM FAILED Your request could not be created. Please check the fields have been correctly filled in. Please provide a value for required field 'Components' Regards
Hmmm. . . Emails can be tricky because all you get is the title and the description. I don't think you having a required field at the beginning would work for you in this case.
