Had the luck of this guy being my teacher about 13 years back when I was a 7th grader. He’s a rocking musician too! If you ever see this Swaner, miss you tons! From one Mike to another. Remember “finding emo”???
When my teacher spends 1 hour explaining something and I don't understand, I can go on TH-cam and understand it in 5 minutes... Why are we going to school??
+Dawson Zornes uuum no. Sorry your teachers were shit, my teacher was amazing and helped me so much. Now that i forgot this i have to watch these vids to get a refresher, however when i was in algebra my teacher put us before even his personal life sometimes.
luckey fucker lol our teacher just sits there and yaps and yaps and i dont know half of the things she is saying and i just look everything up on youtube
Sir you helped me a lot literally i hope you keep making more videos to understand math...even though im in math 1 which is high, i didnt understand something....so THANK YOU
Mike Swaner Can you please tell me why in some of them you put the variables on the bottom in fraction form and you did not with others. Thank you kindly.
What if the coefficients are the same? example: 5^6u^6v^8/ 5^8u^6v^4 I understand the variable parts but as far as the number 5 being in the numerator and the denominator, it has me confused. I know the answer is v^4/25 just not sure where 25 is coming from. Yes, I tend to make things more difficult than they need to be. For some reason I am thinking the 5's were multiplied together. Is that a thing? Thanks!
The reason we understand better on TH-cam is usually the bright colors and voice of the the person and the reason we don’t understand the same thing in school is because we have short attention spans being young and all
This video is wrong, you need to find the GCF between both bases and somehow make them the same. I might not remember exactly how to do this but I have enough prior knowledge to where I just need a good example of someone doing the problem correctly.
the 5n^ -5 should be placed in the denominator because negative exponents should never be in the numerator so that would actually be 1/5n^ 5 × 10n^2 = 1/50n^7. the -5 becomes positive in the denominator.

Dont you love people who teach math, doing and telling every tiny unnecessary thing. I truly genuinely love it. every thing is explained.

Much more helpful than my teacher... Thanks so much!

And the way you showed division helped me alot

Mr.fox lol my teacher just gives us a chromebook and tells us to look it up on khan acadamy.

Instead of teaching, my teacher Mrs.Cizek devotes that time lecturing the class about disrespect
I'm a 32 yo French bloke back in my studies, you helped me a good deal. Concise, clear explanations and examples. My thanks to you Mr Swaner !
You’re a life saver, I didn’t understand this in class but you just prepared me for my quiz. Thank you!
50% comments- you're better than my teacher
50%- I have exam/ having trouble
man now I understand it all i was freaking out in class cause I had no idea what my teacher was talking about, but everyone else seemed to know.
mee too hahaha
You are really good at explaining this! I appreciate it!
Seriously thank you so much!! I have been trying to understand this and you explained so clearly
Thank you! I wasn't at school the day that we took notes and learned about this and I had twice as many homework on this!! Ur a life saver!
Great teaching method. Color coding illustrations were clear. Superb lesson.
Thank you so much! I have been struggling with negative exponents and division and no one explained it like this!
This is so much more helpful than what I learned in class, thank you so much!
Wow what a great teacher you are Mr! And so easy to understand. Thanks☺️🍎
answered everything i needed, thank you so much!!!!
Hmmm...40 plus years , I never understood this. Now almost 57, looking at this video, I get it. Amazing!
thank you i was having trouble with my HW
Fantastic! Thanks for the help! Great presentation.
Sir you helped me a lot literally i hope you keep making more videos to understand math...even though im in math 1 which is high, i didnt understand something....so THANK YOU
Thanks 🙏🏾 you helped me on my homework 📚
studying for my act and you explain things so well!
thank you so much!
Thank you so much! This helped me so so so much to understand what my teacher what was saying! I understand now! Thanks!

Thank you so much this video honestly helped me a lot. my teacher talks and talks but we don't understand anything
Awesome way to present this topic... loved it.
In the questions with coefficients, can't I just divide the numerator with the denominator?
thanks u for explaining this to me, i found this video very helpful with my current standard.
What if the coefficients are the same? example: 5^6u^6v^8/ 5^8u^6v^4

Wait, what do you do when you have negative exponents? Example: (b^2) ^-4
True, that's what I need help the most with
Maggie Elliott if you still need help(probably don’t ) multiply the exponents
Geez this really helped me with my math homework, lol. MUCH APPRECIATED! :)
13:15 can I just have 1/2X^2Y instead of writing X^2Y over 2. So one half X squared times Y instead of X squared times Y over 2
That's just the same though
omg you explain WAY better than my math teacher
Your are he best, you should start making TH-cam videos again to free us from our teachers misery.....
What do I do when I have a problem like this- (6mn^3)^3 x (4m^2n)^3
Thanks bro i skiped 2 grades because of this
you wrote this massage 4 months later and there is no school
????????_?_?_
TheAsstrey i skippee 5
I skipped 24
Ya know what’s better than 24...
TWENTY FIVE😏😏😏

this helped me so muck thank you
Wow thank you so much you are really helpful .
I understand what your saying but I what if there is only one exponent and that one exponent is a negative?
Really helpful! Thank you!
I'm not looking for a x powered answer. I'm looking for a full numbered answer :/
Yea since zoom i missed classed and im just doin this on TH-cam
Nice demo!
YOU HELPED SOOOOOO MUCH THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU😊😊
301 subscriber, tnx for the video
when i see this video i understand every thing
Thanks this really helped, a lot
Thank you so much!
thank u so much your really so helpful

What if it is 36a^6b^0/12a^-1b^3 ?
XD jesus christ which algebra are you in?? lol
Malcolm Love fake
Thank you!!
yay i get it now!!! thank you!!!
Thank you tons!!! ^^
Thanks a lot
I learned alot
thanks a lot bro :--)
So when do you multiple/divide the coefficients? Because here you're just simplifying
Multiply*
Much thanks it's better way
Saved me!
what is 5n toth negative fifth power divided by 10n to the positive 2 power need answer now today people

you can understand better in this video
Yeah I understand it
thanks
it is 7 as a factor 6 times not 7 times its self 6 times
Only 130 Subs? I mean....only 131 sub's? ;)
thaaaanks
thank q
you sound like george o malley from grey's anatomy :)
I miss George :(
Lol ur wrong 0:35
Austin White 4 plus 5 is 9
Austin White I think its wrong too..shouldn't it be 2x2=4 and exponents 4+5=9
How?
Get a good mike
17:38 LOL
1738 aye
U Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunuuuuuuuuuuu
Dividing fractions with exponents?!?!?!?? Get your head together -1 sub
Jake Appreciate what hes doing instead of just insulting him
i fucking hate math so much
Thanks a lot!
