Custom Nike Dunks made entirely by hand with vegetable-tanned leather and original soles.
Made with 3oz Wickett and Craig veg tan, the uppers will patina and shape to your foot over time.

Could never justify spending $1,000+ on a pair of factory nike shoes for resell...but could easily justify that for something like this. Incredible. Whoever get's to wear these for the rest of their lifetime is definitely a lucky one.

Well nikes don’t use real leather so if he used quality leather they will last a lifetime, leather is like wine it only looks better as time goes by.

If you want a sneaker to remake, consider the Adidas Supercourt. They have this unique layered construction with many panels of leather. I think it will look brilliant with real high quality materials

Good god that is awesome. I saw a post of someone who made a pair of shoes out of veg tan (using sneakerkit) on a leather site I'm on, and now i am down the rabbit hole of handmade shoes. I don't think i will stop thinking about it until i try it. These are for sure next level, but i want to try a basic sneaker so bad.
