7029 Clun Castle takes on the Cathedrals Express

As well as the Pendennis Castle Birthday weekend, we decided to make the day more Castle themed by seeing Clun Castle, which was making a trip through our local station!
Firstly, we see Clun Castle in the morning heading down to Salisbury through Reading Green Park, a recently opened station and a new location for us, definitely coming here again! It had just come off Reading West curve so was starting to open up, leading to this nice sight!
Lastly, we see the locomotive giving a good performance through Mortimer Station with a whistle, was surprised to see a few other people here too, then again, steam isn't that common through here. Sadly the sun wasn't going to help us, so the video is a bit darker than planned. Ah well
Some accidental planning meant that I ended up filming Clun at a modern GWR station and an old GWR station with its GWR architecture!
