you did a nice job. I have a soft top version from 1996, just did a restoration but not near as perfect as you did, please do you know what clutch is on the gearbox, the engine is daewoo 2.2 diesel, probably isuzu based or something like that, here where I live Croatia, EU, I think that I'm the only one with car like that.

Thank you for your appreciation. This daewoo 2.2 diesel is acualy Isuzu C223 engine. I am not sure if i have part number for clutch but it should fit from Isuszu trooper from 80' s.

@@juliansskadins thank you man, I appreciate that you have answer, once again, you did a fine job. Hope I have freedom to bother you with some more questions in the future, because as I said, it's very rare vehicle in my country and it's hard to gain any information. It's my only car from now on and I depend on him. It's a nice car and I like it, it's a kind of family curse and now it's my turn to take care of it. Thanks once again.

It is a very simple and basic car. Almost no electronics and no fancy stuff. Easy to work on even if you are just a "hobby mechanic". Road performance like a tractor, except you can go a bit faster and with more comfort. It will always bring you and others a smile while driving it. It's a cheap veteran car made to last much longer than modern cars. I felt in love with and not planing to sale it. So just go for it! :)

Hello. I used brake shoes form Jeep Cj6. Part number J.8130067 Check if your brake drum is 11 inch then it will fit, just need to drill 1 new hole in each shoe.

As you know Korando was build under Jeep license back then, so it's almost the same car as Jepp Cj5 and Cj7. Specially the body work, exept the hard top body. So basically the frame and suspension is the same. I know that there are some kits available for wrangler to convert it to cj5 or cj7 wich is the base of Korando vehicles. Anything out of Jeep YJ from 80' should fit well for your project! Good luck and let me know if i can help you with something more!
