nas is the greatest rapper cause he never forgot were he came from
neither did Eminem and Tupac.
Young Hannibal and his lyrics is lethal , his pen and paper will not be confine .
Facts
Tupac and nas their both were amazing no one like their both...
@@alizeeny Yeah but you don't see Eminem going back into his old hood and approaching young children and telling them they are kings and that their future is bright. Nas actively tries to inspire his old hood and the children who grow up there, and still shows up for his community.
“True in the game as long as blood is blue my veins”
James i pour my heineken brew to my deceased crew in memory lane
5:18 Nas part starts
Nobody touch Nas pen game , best to ever do it. 🐐
He is a writer at root, which makes his skills behind the mic 🎤 flawless, nuanced, philosophical and introspective. He is a genius and is hip hop itself.
Its amazing to me as at 41 seeing the acceptance of a culture I embraced as a child. When Nas explains what a breakbeat is and the art of scratching it blows my mind that this professor is learning what I learnt at10 years old.. THIS IS HIP HOP.. She needs to discover all 5 Elements
Best lyricist ever, imho
This women is awesome!
Is the full Nas interview available anywhere? This is the second clip I’ve seen from it and they’re both great.
Mentions of Walt Whitman Allen Ginsberg and Pete Rock in One Video? Hell Yeah
awwwwww man going to need more of this. more artists too, especially Lupe.
BuckMarley I was just gonna say that. Lupe the 🐐
Lupe may well be the most complex artist in the genre.
It's gonna take a lot of time to do a lupe breakdown... GOAT.
@@brotheradam2549 the most complex lyricist period.
Hey that's a MF DOOM line, ain't it???
Nas well done you should come visit us in Africa I'm here with the two saints 🌍✌️
finally a teacher who studies hip hop. I always wondered why we never studied Eminem, nas, and Tupac in class. But we do study some of the classics that inspired them.
The prof is a big fan
Nas is the BOMB!
Very insightful
His hat says "12 a.m" 🐐👑⌛
"God's poetry is us" Uriel N Riley
i would highly recommend you if you havent to interview Rakim allah aka the god mc is known as one of the most influential and incredible mcs of all times he dilevered hip hop classic albums such as "paid in full" "follow the leader" "dont sweat the technique" and let the rythm hit em" this pieces of musical artistry he dropped between the late 80s and early 90s along side his dj eric b Rakim has influenced Nas himself, Jay z Eminem and other incredible lyricist
Rhythm and poetry is good and Nasir has done well in doing this his really good and should keep it up.
Nas the 🐐
Nasir my favorite rapper keep it up ill try be like you here in Africa my nick name is blaze to here my rap name Nas keep it up well done 🌍👍👍
Matthew 12:36-37
"I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."
wow this is so interesting. to hear a articulate older white woman breakdown and appreciate the songs on my favorite album. its hilarious i love it
Lol Yeah no doubt, I was like she listen to Nas??? Lol
Nas has definitely following in blueprint what the khemet ancestors left behind
What is that Blueprint anyway and where can it be found?
full video anyone?
I somehow find a strange resemblence of Guru in Nas' voice. They are both kind of grimy and hoarse.
Frederik Rasmussen imo they sound very different. Guru though grimy has a smooth voice, so does nas but in a different way
GOAT.
Any woman in Nas' presence falls instantly in love.
It’s his spirit. Idk how he is in real life, but he just seems like a good guy on a deeper level. I’m not a huge fan of his music, love his music, but more so his person and his ambiance.
Im like ecstasy for ladies!
@@Welcometothenowhe definitely got that mystique aura about him. He's attentive, but dopey at the same time. Hard to explain. He's present and still, but super there. I noticed it when the woman was speaking.
T la Rock reference was mighty 💪🏽, too bad the bloodlines are now lost, and the tradition of supreme lyricism, has been diminished by mediocrity in writing, and rhyme skills.
You nees to get em on this
What tee larock did to Nas is what Nas did to me At 16 I sat in the park At night in Brooklyn alone and listen to illmatic keenly
Many people wanna see mi side with gunmen or police. No, am a shaky hand, shaking hands with Abraham sons in the streets. Giving you lyrical diagnosis, offering capsule on a beat. In these days you cannot find Him call me Godson on a beat.
lupe fiasco!!!!
Goat
maybe you gotta be a street disciple to understand...
Again, she cain't c Nas
What? Lol
U cain't c me
