Thank you for doing my grandma’s hair. Capturing her beautiful coils and treating her like a queen that she is. I’m so surprised to see this video. Very nice.
Great job on listening to your client wishes and treating her with such respect and tender care. Most of all thank you for allowing us to hear her beautiful testimony! God Bless you!❤
I am a professional stylist with over 30 years in the hair industry if I may make a suggestion, please try and practice more on your application of product with being neater and cleaner, take smaller sections and keep it to just the new growth only as much as possible without overlapping to prevent damage, dryness and brittleness especially if it's a permanent color. Just a loving suggestion from one stylist to another best of luck in your business.

Mrs. Winnie is speaking the truth! God bless her! Love that she shared how God kept her when she was down and wanted to give up! Get up and move, work, and do for yourself - Amen! Jesus is my companion!
You go, mother. You are full of wisdom. May God continue to bestow his blessings upon you, now and forever. You are such an inspiration ❤ Mrs. Winnie, keep on letting your light shine for Christ!!
Ms Winnie You Are A Awesome Lady And I Loved Listening To Your Story May God Continue To Bless You And Your Precious Twin Boys You Seem To Be A Sweet Precious Elderly Lady That Loves The Lord
Ms. Winnie is very Blessed God is truly watching over her, and she truly Love God is she the first Black client you ever had? Because you really didn’t know how to roll her hair. You seem to be a very nice person yourself, because you listen to her life stories, and you was compassionate and kind listening to her. May God truly Bless you in all you do.
When I worked downtown, there were only beauty salons that catered to white customers. One day, I simply walked in and asked if they would be able to do my hair. The lady approached me and said of course I can. Asked if I'd care for a glass of wine. Of course I said yes. She took me to her station. I needed a light perm, trim, blow dry, and curl. Without any hesitation she started, my hair was shoulder length and curly. Within an hour, I was finished and my hair was bouncy and beautiful. Other places I've gone, it was 3 hours or all day. I returned to the aforementioned salon for over a year until I, took a new position elsewhere. Truly missed going there. This elderly lady is simply beautiful.
I hope you don't get offended like most content creators. It appears you need more practice on doing black people hair. The last one I saw, the person who escorted the person to you, had to instruct you on the cutting and styling.
Thank you for sharing Mrs. Winnie with us❗❗❗❤️ Mrs.. Winnie' s hair reminds me of mine. Often oil sheen after a roller set on my hair actually withers it down. You were A VERY' KIND LISTENER! 💕💕🌹🌹🌹
Wow she's amazing and are you doing such a amazing job I'm really seeing this video right now and watching it and listening at the same time god bless you and always bless you for doing amazing work i hope you'll do mine same-day beautiful story 🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️😍😍
Amen! 🙏🙏🙏🙌💖🤗 May Our Almighty Father God Bless You With Many More Long Years on this Eartb Now. And Your Life Stories are So Very Spitually Motivating & Encouraging Now too. 🙏🙌🤗❤️
Application rough and untidy, why are you holding the tint bowl at the beginning and not make use of the left hand. Habing the client hold her ears is risking getting tint on her hands. Plus the forehead has far too much tint overlap. Very messy!! However your customer service and listening skills were great, you talked to her with respect and care. (Cosmetology lecturer since 1995)
It’s not that people are judging they are just giving their constructive criticism based on what they see is being done to the clients hair, there’s a difference, I mean, this is supposed to be a professional stylist
I would have liked to see you use a detangling comb or brush on her curly hair. That fine toothed comb tearing through her hair was painful to watch. You were good with her conversationally though
I know exactly what you mean when you have gone through some relationships or a marriage And taking all you want to give You do make a deal make You do make a deal make a decision God is your friend your companion your husband
Come on now please let's address this because everyone knows her hair should not look like it does. And her birthday coming up. I'm sorry, but why they do her like that??!!!. I wish I could've made better arrangements for her.
I am definately Not impressed with this stylist application. I wonder if that is the way she would do stuling a caucasian hair. It almost felt disrespected.
I think you need to let the Client know that they are being recorded, and refrain from personal topics . Or you should turn off the sound and then you do the voice during the editing. or later . Older people like to talk , you need to engage more and follow her lead , she’s lonesome.
I don’t know if you put a perm in it or not but when you said her hair, it was not straight and we took the rollers out of here. Her hair was not smooth. Straighten this should’ve been.
U must keep putting water on her hair..so it won't get tangle...that way u won't have to break it apart...ur doing a great job..but don't let it get to dry😊.. Blessings...
This is very sloppy in application. First of all the client should not have to hold their own ear. That’s your responsibility. Very messy. This woman needs to take some refresher courses, specially for black peoples hair of this texture and condition.
Just a suggestion, as a stylist I would have taken smaller sctiins and used a styling foam , especially because she had natural hair. I also would have sperates the curls with my fingers to get parts out. But good job overall.
I love the roller set beauticians don't want to do that anymore and I like the old fashioned I don't like my curls combed out either I think she did a beautiful job😊
Please learn how to style Black people’s hair besides the ROLL & Set. U did Ur best. Please don’t be afraid 2 learn more styles. It will bring U more clients. God bless. 🙏🏼
I did hear Mrs Winne say not to comb out her curled hair, so how did you feel about the look of an unfinished hair style? Did you know in advance she didn’t want her curls combed out, so that perhaps you could have rolled her hair a bit more tighter and stylist, like smaller rollers? Yes the curl set is nice. Was she scared the curls were gonna comb out? I’m 73 years young Salt & Pepper hair and I would have wanted a more finished look walking out your salon doors, but I do understand giving the customer what they want. These are just my opinion. So be nice with your reply comments.
I appreciate your kindness with her and I mean no disrespect but I’m sorry I can’t get with the way you’re doing her hair to be a professional Are you still in Hair school? Or is it just the type of hair that you’re doing? I’ve watched numerous of hairstyle videos and this whole process really look like something someone just done in the bathroom at their home who had no hair training and didn’t know any better. I’m not a stylist. I didn’t go to any hair school, but From the way you comb and part and dye her hair , and I haven’t seen you actually comb her hair all the way through once , to not combing the tangles out, pulling it apart with your fingers . This is not professional at all, I’m sorry,
The truth will set you free, either get real training on how to do African hair or leave our hair alone. I’m saying this in love. May God continue to bless mother.

Where is the leave in conditioner. She must be still in school. She needs alot more training. This lady needs the instructor to observe her.
It Came out well, but the way you applied the product on the client's haiir was extremely messy
Aww she is beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Seems like you're breaking her ends when you comb through her hair.
Soo Beautiful ❤
She sounds like me, I guess it was meant for me to listen to her. 😢❤. She looks great 👍🏼

The parts are not straight the hair is too dry who learned her how to roll set😮
You did a great job keep doing what you’re doing and don’t be scared
Placing wet hair on roller is a bit sloppy and careless. I’m not a beautician but my rolling would have been a sight better for sure.
So she not about to comb them curls out 🫣🤔
Lovely hair. Kudos to you two.

She told the stylist not to disturb the curl. I've done this when I want ny curls to last. Its done all the time!
Should have used end papers for a smoother look.
Ms. Winey’s hair is so beautiful 😍 nice job ❤
I am definately Not impressed with this stylist application. I wonder if that is the way she would do stuling a caucasian hair. It almost felt disrespected.
Lady is pretty, but the stylist would not do my hair. She was messy and Momma needed a trim and deep condition.
The hair dresser is very nice and listens keenly to Mrs Winnie’s talking about life’s journey.
You were very sweet to her.
You did her hair so pretty
Poor job.just about the money..🙄
I didn’t feel she care about how she is doing Mrs Winnie hair the way she combs it out it looks so uncomfortable 😳
