Ughhh, I got him as well!!! So freaking excited! I don't think $16 shipping is too bad for that amazing limited guy! I heard that, paused the video and bought one! XD
I have spent 2.5 months watching the aerois campaign from the start and i just want to thank you. Mark you are such an amazing DM- this campaign was my first experience with Dnd and i am so glad it was. The amount of happiness this imaginary world gives me is unreal, If i am ever feeling upset for whatever reason, simply remembering that this campaign exists will immediately give me an immense feeling of comfort. I have even had dreams set in aerois, playing out scenarios as if i were there lol. I am genuinely so thankful and words literally cannot explain how happy this little dnd world makes me, so i felt the least i can do is give my thanks. Hopefully i can be there live for the next stream, love you guys
So much set up but i love it. Can’t wait to see the spell clash players we saw back in the day. Like chirpy half dragon boi etc. Always knew spell clash would be what saves the day. If kalus puts his anger towards sport or something it would be very productive
Glad to hear that Nova's idiot brother was head of the resistance. For the longest time, I was afraid he'd be a member of the Cypher Academy and Nova would have to go head to head with him to decide the fate of her people.
I’m not going to lie, I think Tornado being on the side of the empire and having Nova fight him would be a painful scene to witness but it also sounds like such an amazing rp moment. The idea of it reminds me of the ending of the game “A Way Out”
Superb and then some. Great world-building and mapping out the next ten or so episodes on a truly epic level. I wonder if Mark has a sneaky ARC of Call of the Netherdeep as he was clearly angling towards the underwater option as the next 'mission.' 😂
Unintentional moments are always the best: "I like this ones plan!" (Aila) "She's smart!" _In the dead centre of the screen Aila with her Intelligence of _*_9!_*
I love how you use the dark lord trope, not as a villain, but as a reasoning for the real villains quest for power. The villain wanting power for powers sake is so overplayed and this plot is so refreshing
Mark, if you're under 43, you're a Millenial too. "Millennials, also known as Generation Y or Gen Y, are the demographic cohort following Generation X and preceding Generation Z. Researchers and popular media use the early 1980s as starting birth years and the mid-1990s to early 2000s as ending birth years, with *the generation typically being defined as people born from 1981 to 1996.* "
Instead of hacking the Tassidar Quil could have messaged Tassidar saying, hey. We want to send some files and info, could you get it to the boss man please?
Someone remind me how long has it been since Sascha offed herself to episode 1 of this campaign? Idk why Kim thinks the genasi would feel alienated if its been thousands upon thousands of years since that event happened. If its been at most just a thousand years or 2, then I'd understand. However, I'm sure Mark had said we are talking like 200,000 at least. You would think with that much time that problem would be fixed with walking cat men, lizardmen, dragons, actually devil guys with people of angel decent watching over them, and even birdmen. Like I refuse to believe that orcs are seen as a more respected race then the genasi since the genasi are more civil and less likely to get the band together and go on raiding sprees. To reiterate, the problem is not the alienating, it's the amount of time it would have been for this to make sense. If it's only been 1 or 2k years since they've been here, then it still makes sense for that to still be a problem.
I think Siaska offed herself 500 years (or at least a few hundred years, I can't remember) prior to the beginning of the story. The dragons and I think tieflings and aasimar arrived not long after Aerois was created, while the other races were native to Aerois, so they've lived on the planet longer than the genasi. The genasi arrived when the Cradle was up, so their arrival is still fresh in their memory.
@@rozu7772 ok then the alienation does make sense. I’m just sitting here thinking after 200,000 years in a fantasy world with all sorts of creatures that can talk and do magical thinks and then a new race of creatures that were once part of a group that wanted to kill your planet is now stuck here that showed up all those years ago to still have that be a problem today is odd.
@@wyattfrye8262 Caste systems are irrational and can persist for many centuries beyond their original rationale/excuse. They become an ingrained habit that just gets passed down. The alienation of the genasi on Aerois seems to me to be a representation of that.
From what I remember, the Genasi arriving was basically a massive accident, and they arrived right on top of where an ancient elven (occupied) city was located. So not only did they break the rules of planar travel, but they also replaced a whole city of people
What are you talking about. Mark is refusing to use the same seven-symbol based coordinate system from Stargate from which he is loaning the idea of annulus shaped gateways for instantaneous interstellar travel.
Finally managed to order a Quill plushie, thank you for letting us know the UK store had some left! Can't wait to try building Nova's wing for him
I was honestly VERY tempted to order it from the UK store after the US store was out. Shipping costs be damned.

The amount of world building in this episode was great! This is definitely my favourite D&D game I've watched by a long shot xD
"Grief Knights" roaming the world just killing random people...
Greifers you might call them...
Puns!
Glad to hear that Nova's idiot brother was head of the resistance. For the longest time, I was afraid he'd be a member of the Cypher Academy and Nova would have to go head to head with him to decide the fate of her people.
Tornado is the best! Or wait… is Nova right, and he’s actually a moron?? Can’t wait to find out.
I’m not going to lie, I think Tornado being on the side of the empire and having Nova fight him would be a painful scene to witness but it also sounds like such an amazing rp moment. The idea of it reminds me of the ending of the game “A Way Out”
I was sure it was going to be Pyri. I think I'm relieved.
Grief Knights. When it isn't the paladin but the diety that breaks the sacred Oath. That is an amazing idea Mark.
I've always know how good he is at playing Lucius but damn... It really hit me when he said, "be careful of the gorilla's". 🤣
"Squishes face into pillow" is an apt description of this episode
The descriptions of the death knights, the giant beasts and the player reaction were priceless. Best and simplest quest giving moments. So funny!!
I miss watching live. Loved this episode can't wait to watch live again when my work schedule changes.
At this point what the Stormchasers most need is a project administration section.
30:05 - I choose to believe it's canon that the comms officer said "It's an older code sir, but it checks out."
The runic sequence to the astral gate is “58008”
No it's 5,318,008
"12345? Amazing, I've got the same combination on my luggage!"
YEEEES!!! Kim called out Tom on his forgetfulness of important visions!!! My perfectionist brain is very happy about this!

Can't wait to see that frame at 2:56 as a thumbnail!

Distinctions are important: When Cloud says nerds, it is with derision. When Kim says nerds, it is with love.
Hooray for all the Storm Chasers! You guys are great, well done Mark. I ❤️Aila!

Some of those problems need to wait until they have a giant space-golem to deal with them.
MILD SPOILERS
Mark: ‘no comedy wishes’ little does he know…….
I just realized this is the episode that was live just after I started binging Aerois!! I can't believe I'm almost caught up!
💖💖 Guys
Wow what a journey I just caught up from episode one. Can't wait for next week
“I am the Arch-fiend, the Despoiler of Worlds, and by my hands shall the false Emperor fall.” (Codex: Chaos Space Marines)
Aela just rubbing it in was precious.
The ruinic sequence is all just the “ proposal hand sign” in a sequence is different colors
I expect a hat-off. We must know which hat is fancier.
Glad Scorbs still alive
Trott and Rhi doing their best to give us all Porygon seizures
A new phrase suggestion for Quill to use: 'feed two birds with one seed'.
Kilara is metal af.
Mark, contact Jazza at Table Top Time for a co-op painting miniatures. That would blow my mind.
I feel a tarrasque is incoming
Damn, Mark's beard is awesome in this - straight outta' Merskyr
Oh no, Tom was turning into Hadar for a moment.
Hey Quill, instead of killing two birds with one stone, how about feeding two birds with one scone!
You must become monstrous to fight monsters
*Miseria Cantare intensifies* - Kim
@@HighRollersDnD you aren't wrong
Finally caught up and it's bittersweet cause now I can't binge more!
Vague spoilers
The grief knights sound equal parts terrifying, depressing, and fucking awesome
I hope Lucius uses dominant monster on one of those monsters!!!
Love the pink hair Rhe
RIP Sam and the Dednutz tour, I guess T_T
what do you mean? what happened? did the tour get canceled? u mad they canceled a game for the tour?
@@Markcrazeer Smiffy tested positive for Covid last-minute so they had to cancel the tour again. Everyone was devastated but Smith is doing okay atm.

Just realised that Mark is doing MF fantasy Brexit
Sequence is up down up down left right left right a b start
Why are all these episodes out of sync?

Fun fact: He is actually 76 years old. He keeps his looks by feeding on the souls of the NPCs his players kill.

This whole time I thought Tornado would have been recruited as a Valkerian soldier via propaganda. What a nice twist!
I hope they will stay stocked until the 3rd of next month, I dont have enough money for my phone bill and the plushie until then!!!😭😭😭
So....now's the time to say see ya and take a beach episode to avoid all the shite right? 😂😭
There needs to be a Let's go!!! T shirt.
Uh oh no respawns
Oh shit what up
Nice
Why is "Bumblebee Cutter-Snatch" the best avenger?
They might need to split the party to deal with all these problems.
Instead of hacking the Tassidar Quil could have messaged Tassidar saying, hey. We want to send some files and info, could you get it to the boss man please?
WATER LEVEL!!!
Much endgame
Chunky monsters 🤣
Casatores I assume moves faster because less air resistance the higher in the atmosphere you go?
Someone please animate 2:38:00.
I haven't the time or skill necessary to do so myself.
Do you know of any online line D and D pages where people can play
Her brother's name is Cloud. How lame. Because there has never been a badass but slightly stupid warrior named Cloud that made it a cool name.
