Gardening tips, do not plant mint in the ground it spreads through roots in the ground. Unless you want a yard or gardeb bed full of mint always plant in a pot. From what ive researched lavender seeds need a cold phase so put in the fridge for 2 weeks and then plant. I just went to my local small town garden place. You can alway get a start at your big boxes as well. They do come back here in zone 7b. 😊

I would never reference that little booklet for any ways to use oils, as it encourages the internal use of essential oils. Any reputable aromatherapist will tell you that it’s largely unnecessary and can even be harmful, despite what MLM companies will tell you. They give out very harmful information, so just be careful and avoid internal use! The rest of the info on the specific oils themselves is pretty interesting. The deck itself is so beautiful, though! Thanks for the video!

I agree. And the recommendation to apply undiluted is not something I would endorse either.

The use of EO internally is common practice amongst professional therapists in France.

Grapefruit seed oil is not a tart citrus smell. It is a clean , uplifting oil. Nice to mix a couple of drops with tea tree oil and a light carrier oil.

I just saw this deck on Amazon the other night and then you make a video about it! I'll take it as a sign! I absolutely love it. It's so gorgeous. I also have the other Essential Oil deck and wasn't sure if they'd be too similar, but they're both pretty unique!

I gifted this deck of cards to my sister on Mother's Day. She's in love with it.

6:52 the drawing does not look like Pelargonium graveolens. In any case, P. graveolens is not the source of the essential oil we use in aromatherapy. It comes from hybrids between P. graveolens or P. radens and P.capitatum.

You cannot distill essential oils from plants without all the equipment. Do a search for all the equipment needed.
