Run Multiple Startup-Configs on the Same Topology in EVE-NG

Sometimes I really like my topology layout, but I don't want to have to tear it all down and start over again from scratch whenever I want to try out a new config or protocol. Enter config-sets!

Are these options based on a commercial license of eve-ng, because I am missing the "config set" option in startup-configs. I can not select or add a second config. I made a screenshot which i share with the this link:
