She had intellectual disability but she was musically inclined and can familiarize songs and even DJ's voices in no time. Listening to music thru these radio stations was her therapy, I guess. And even in her lowest, she still listened to her radio and this had helped her battle cancer until her body really gave up. Brought me back memory lane.
YUp, i heard that these stations were really good back in the day. I barely remembered DMZ and the old Magic 89.9 but I could still recall The Mellow Touch 94.7 and KCFM "We are Family!". How times have changed.
Yup. Manila Broadcasting Company, the owner of the Easy Rock stations in the country, had those jingles custom-made for them by the same jingle production company who did for The Delilah Show. :)
@buniyani The company who own RJ actually has three stations over-all, 1 in AM: DZRJ-AM and 2 in FM: RJ 100.3 and RJ Underground Radio 105.9, the latter known simply as UR (to avoid confusion basically).

it really depends on the kind of music that radio stations in general prefer. As long as you get noticed by a impressive amount of music loving people on TH-cam alone, including radio people from all over the world, there's a high chance that you will definitely get your songs heard in the airwaves here. :D
@buniyani Hi there. I believe RJ Underground Radio 105.9 has such a program. Easy Rock, despite bearing the word "Rock" on its name, plays lighter music that aren't necessarily rock.

@D3thN1ght They have varying sets of jingles, some of which they produced themselves (The "Hi Pangga's"). You'd be able to spot them during their commercial breaks. The only one that I'm really aiming to record is their "The All-Hit Superstation" jingle which they play the least among all of the station's jingles. :D
I visited the Philippines for 2 weeks in July and there was one station jingle I freaking loved. I have no idea what station it belonged to but it had "chipmonk" voices and they would say "ENERGYYYYY! E......NER.....GEEEEE!!!" I've been trying to find it now and can't seem to be able to. Anyone here know what station that would go to? Thanks.

@jlhabitan50 Hmmmm. Yea I guess maybe. It isn't the same jingle as it is on this video but I'm guessing it's a newer jingle for 91.5. Course right now I haven't been able to listen to the station online right now because every time I try I get some kind of ad. Don't know what's up with that. The funny thing is too is that the stream worked the first day I found it but now since then it's just an ad. Really hope I can find it though.

0:47 the Wave 89.1 station id was sung by Marcus Davis who is also the singer of Kembot which was famous in 2007 and Filipina Girl.
