You should've gotten his name and contact information and asked whether its okay for you to pass on this information to potential clients privately. I'm sure he could become famous. I mean this could be a start to his career because he has natural talent. It's great that you've at least taken a video so everyone knows about him, thank you. I am always filled with awe of when I see raw talent like this...

He’s based out of mcleodganj near Dharamshala. Works out of rented steps of small textile shop in the ma market. Paints mostly similar female figurines (looks monotonous), but one heck of a talent nonetheless. FYI, I bought a few paintings from him couple of years back. Look almost exactly like what he painted here !
