How to Adjust a Chinrest for Violin or Viola

I’ve tried several different chinrests (and currently don’t use one). It is easy to slip and scratch while using a paper clip especially trying to loosen a very old chinrest. I ended up getting your chin rest key #1 and that worked well for me.
