The Miura and the Ferrari F40 are the only cars I have ever liked from either manufacturer. To me they are the absolute truest form of what a driving experience is from so-called super cars. But the Miura is beautiful and neither car has traction control, abs, launch control or any of the electronics that for me ruin the idea of feeling the car as you drive or becoming 1 with the car. Just straight up function over form, raw power and handling that doesn't suffer fools. Beautiful job

I just finished the green detail up version of this one that comes with the photo etch set. It's a really nice kit. Very clean. I modified the louvers so I can remove them and see the engine other wise you can't see them at all.
Damn fine looking build! Love those wheels. Body is sweet, nice color choice. I know you like using any type of spray paint. I got sime Ace hardware brand spray paint and it is awesome.
Absolutely beautiful and Hasegawa car kits from my experience do go together easily - I especially like the metal transfers for the badges, mirror faces and other chrome details on the inside.
If I remember my early teens fascination with Lamborghinis,they didn't use any chromed parts on their cars. Everything was either alminum or stainless steel. So good call on the wheels etc. Cool little car. Great build. Was gonna say as usual,but this is truly a cool great looking build! Surprised you went with the bluegrass music,figured maybe some Italian opera. S'ok though,I prefer bluegrass.

Great job as always on a really neat kit. I’m curious how you deal with the unpainted spots once you remove the parts from the sprue. As everyone knows that is the one big negative to painting parts in the sprue over out of the sprue; just curious how you tackle the issue as your finished products are excellent!
Lately when I look at the Miura, I think the Mach 5 was loosely based on it. Also a little tidbit of trivia: the Van Halen song 'Panama', in the part after the solo when Dave does his "talking" part, those couple of "WOOSH" sounds are from Eddie's Miura.

Nope, I don't worry much about the headliner. These are fast build up reviews, not show builds like I say often. The chances of anyone ever flipping my models over to examine headliners is zero.
Rip battery. Sympathy to its family. Pretty sure it's gonna be dearly missed by its wife in the fire detector and its kids in the TV's remote. Kinda sad for the short shot part tho. But heh, sometimes it happens. Wonder tho, since we're in North America, can you get replacement parts? Else, this build is awesome, as always.
