The nerf was for constructed decks, Unleash The Hounds was being played in some one turn kill decks that I guess Blizzard thought were too powerful.
hey trump :) I have a request that might seem ridiculous but I think it would be funny to see. Could you do an arena where you close your eyes and always pick the middle card? I think that'd be really hilarious. Anyway thanks man love your videos!
What would be the point of closing his eyes if he is just going to pick the middle card over and over?

I have never before seen Trump so frustrated. Hunter may be underpowered in the Arena, but what about constructed? I would think it being a lot more powerful when you have the key removal cards in your deck, not to mention beast synergies.

41 minute run? That's not going to be great. Also, it's so beast reliant when you can't fall back on this in arena.

Why 1-1 after 1 st win?
Hunter is underpowered I once had a ridiculous card draw deck I drafted with Savannah highmanes and snake traps as well as 4 eagles. Basically I would play the birds and a snake trap so when one of them got attacked 4 snakes would appear the problem was I would draw to many cards sometimes. with 2 eagles thats 8 cards.
Okay yes Hunter is weak atm but somehow I started my ranked with hunter and got to rank 17 before I hit the wall and that only took me an hour or two also Hogger Faceless manipulator and a pair of hound masters that all u need in a hunter deck.
we will never know how to use the wisp : (

They nerfed Unleash and Buzzard,none of which you had in your deck,and this is arena,not constructed. :)
The Unleashed "nerf" is more of a buff for arena since it no longer relies on having beasts in the deck. It's actually worth taking in arena now.

The hunter nerfs have nothing to do with this arena run, Trump didnt have buzzards or unleash the hounds.
also this was recorded pre-patch.
Regardless, the title still makes sense. This run points out that hunters were already weak, especially in arena where you can't draft a perfect beast OTK deck. So when the title says "They nerfed THIS" the emphasis is on "THIS", meaning the presently weak hunter class.

Chayden I think all the nerfs were legit, they should just buff other aspects of the hunter. I understand why Blizz wouldnt want an OTK to be a possible strat in their game.
He passed up a couple of UTH IIRC, because in arena beast synergy usually sucks.

WoW,hunter really sucks in arena!Even in constructed.LoL.
Personally I love Hunter in constructed. There is something incredibly satisfying about murdering a mage with a super buffed sheep. And the buzzard+hyena+snake trap combo is hilariously awesome.
This title doesn't make any sense. What are you implying they nerfed with hunter, in regards to arena? Arena is so much RNGeeezus I barely bother playing it anymore. There is a lot more luck in arena, than there is skill, and that's rather shitty.
QQ by a bad player. Seriously, Trump reaches 9-x 50% of the time. And the comment is about arena, how Hunter is awful in arena, but just because enough people were QQ-ing about the couple of things Hunters are good at(OTK) they got nerfed.
Who is QQing? Yeah, seriously. A lot of people get 9-x that's not difficult with the RNG God's. There are only so many options of cards to choose from. Nobody picked up unleash the hounds for (OTK) in arena. What in regards to arena did they nerf with hunter's recently?

There are times when it's possible anyone playing the deck can go 9-x. I had a deck once with 4 flamestrikes, 4 fireballs, 3 frostbolts, 1 pyro, 1 mage legend dude and a sylvanas. Along with the regular oh a yeti is better than a snapjaw. I'm guessing most of you have never drafted anything else, besides hearthstone. This isn't even drafting. It's opening 30 3 card packs.
+BigSqueeGG Getting to 9-x every 2nd time you play based on hundreds of games is not RNG, saying it is usually means you are a bitter player, too arrogant to learn to be better. Why would they nerf the hunter in arena, he is already the single worst class in arena, because most his cards require beasts, and a lot of beasts are sub par on their own(razorfen raptor or river crocolisk vs knife juggler or amani beserker for example, sub par) so you are essentially brute forced into drafting a murloc deck essentially, just replace murloc with beast.
