I found your video just by chance and was amazed that there were others that built a single wheel pusher as I did back in 2005! The single wheel is by far the most stable design contrary to what others may think because it’s self centering; even when drifting sideways around the corner. I used a U joint from a Bolens tractor for the joint behind the seat and used a pinch clamp to make it universal from bike to bike. The dang thing is scary fast with a Honda GX200 and a Comet Torq-a-verter! 55mph on a mountain bike is pretty intense! 😁. It is stable even in the woods on the trails, over jumps, and around tight corners. The only issue I have is lack of traction as it doesn’t have much weight. Lots of spinning and rooster tails when on the dirt. Works great though. It was an awesome addition to a tandem bike for the wife and I. Great design:)
Yea I thought about that but since it's a 7hp engine and it is fairly light weight in the back it might skid or not turn the tire to start the engine at take off, also when stopping it may push the bike thus hinder the braking of the bike. But yes it's probably a good idea with a smaller engine.
Nicest design I've seen on youtube. Especially with a place above the motor to put cargo. Gonna try to build one similar. I wonder how well pusher trailers push uphill?
ok old vid and i've seen the later vid where it was painted and all that. you could mount some motorcycle bags on the side of it , if you mount sumtin on top it might be too unstable (high center of gavity ) theres still a chance you get trow off the bike if you hit the trottle during a turn , the torq of the engine might push the bike out of its lean intoo the turn i think it would help if you lower the connection to the bike , make a horseshoe mount around the rearhweel and mount it to the bike axle or near it
well the music is driving me crazy...just joking.. hey how did you get the parts? its cool yet i like the smaller wheel driving the back with no bar.. the bar kinda makes it look weird.. its a good start though..
Thanks, The square tubing was from local home improvement stores. The engine was from Harbor freight and the clutch, wheel and chain and throttle assembly were from online go-cart and mini-bike web sites.

I love it. Going to try to build one myself for use on only bike. Better gas mileage than my truck to/from work.
your welcome,, building one myself and think yours was the one i liked the best
I like it, good design. I am thinking about building something similar, but with a two wheeled pusher setup for added stability.
👍
I'm not sure I want to sell it, I obviously spent more then it's worth. But you can make one using a minibike frame without the handle bars.

Pete B. 6.5hp
Nice bro
Pete I found the 10" wheel, had to order 3/4"pomp bearings
I'm designing something similar the jackknifing factor is one of my biggest concerns thanks😊
Pete I have not been able to find a 10" wheel tire combination, any where!!
Do the bearing in tire and wheel turning, with the pillow block bearings?

Mine is about 7 hp and would have no problem going up hill.
nice job
jeffrey schlabach Thank you.
Why not a direct hook up to the rear wheel?
Sir you think is better 2 wheel at the back for safety for not shaking sir watching from philippines 4 13 2019
One wheel is good but you can make a two wheel trailer and put things in there.

All good ideas and advise.........Thank you :)
How’d u start it. Did u open the throttle when starting, then why didn’t it run forward.
It has a centrifugal clutch so it will not go move forward at low RPM only when you accelerate.
how much would u sell the hole bike
I'll go with a honda generator and two Milwaukee saws and bicycle wheels 😂
Is the push tire tubeless ?
No it has a tube in it.

Nice build were did you get the back rim and tire at thank you. www. ?

how does your pivot work i can't tell in the video
It's like a universal joint on a car drive shaft.

Dziękuję za radę.
życzę ciekawych pomysłów
ball bearings I mean
Stop the BS. That's your roommates Motorcycle. BTW try loosen the wheel and use a chain tensioner.
Its petrol thow so it is noise and cost more to run.
