One of the reasons why Lex's bald look stuck is that he was depicted as bald in the Fleischer Brothers cartoons. One shouldn't forget about other media for example Superman's newspaper strip was extremely popular and at the time was more wildly distributed than the comics at first and was probably how most people first saw Superman.
One thing I learned personally about the United States from this channel is that even the most human characters like Lex have things that make him human superhuman (AMAZING)
Thanks for covering one of my favorite DC 'villains'. I would love to share my Luthor among many other DC toons with the world, but as the Joker said in the film 'the Dark Knight'; "If you are good at something never do it for free" - (Ledger, 2008)
the mad scientist version was most commonly seen in the old Superfriends cartoons from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, while the billionaire version is really introduced in Superman: the animated series.
There are multiple reasons LL is bald. In the post-crisis version he shaves his head because he's going bald, later he looses his hair from kryptonite radiation poisoning. Most recently in the Superman & Lois TV series he shaves his head when he is sent to prison. Note, in almost all versions he's a red head when he had hair.

I like how on Smallvillie, Lex lost his hair due to the meteor shower that hit the town.
Yeah it fits with the grudge

Lex Luthor is without a doubt Superman’s greatest villain
Honestly he's like my favorite villain, he's like the opposite of Batman(who Lex Luthor took the mantle of once).
Lex: I am the Earth's last defense against That Alien. Sheesh. I am so triggered, I want to cry.
Thank you 😊
Fun fact:Superman(Ubermench) looked like Lex Luthor.
He looks better bald.
I just want to say that when brainace had merged with Lex
"BALD"
I love Lex, but his lack of loyalty is distasteful. But I hate Superman so…
Lex Luthor has also created a kryptonite steroid that made him much stronger.
