Spot on captain…. Scarlett it is
Jacob knows his stuff!!
Enjoying these new videos gang, cheers x
Thanks! 💙
I'd take any of these as i think theyre all an upgrade on the 2nd choice strike options we currently have. Personally I'd like to see Scarlet though, simply because KMk obviously admires him greatly and if anyone was to squeeze the potential out of a youngster, its KMk
Good video, a lot of commonly reported targets these.
Scarlett wouldn’t shock me after McKenna’s comments last season.
Leaburn an exciting prospect too. And maybe able to get while Charlton’s managerial situation is unclear
Thanks Luke! Any others you’d add in the mix?
michael smith at sheff weds is a good target man
Any relation Angus?!
Leeds sign Piroe a proven striker at Swansea yes they paid a price for him but why can't we if we have money now. why look at 2nd division players who haven't really set the world on fire far from it in fact.
We aren't in a position to spend £10m on a player, not without getting into FFP trouble
As per Jack’s comment, plus we’d be in competition with parachute clubs (maybe low end PL teams) who are also willing/able to offer better terms.
All league1 players,no good for us in the championship, need to think bigger and better
easier said than done, many Clubs will be chasing the same quality players, we either take a punt on unproven lower league(think Peterborough here)at Championship level, or another punt of a young Prem Club player on loan like JJ last season, you often find either will need a season at least to settle/step up in this tough league...
There needs to be a balance though. Chasing overly ambitious targets like Ellis Simms and Auston Trusty has left us in the position of scrambling to make additions in the last few days of the window.
As good as the last 12 months have been, as a newly promoted side we aren’t the most attractive club in the division to join either, so we need to be creative and take risks on unproven talent or players with previously good records who are undervalued by the market as they’re coming off the back of poor season.
We spent decent money on Hirst. Surely we’re not going to spend £3-5m now on someone that makes that investment unnecessary?
