I've been to Mexico city twice, but never had a chance to visit Chapultepec. After this video, it's going to be my must do when I make it back over there!

There is a castle in the middle of CDMX!?! Awesome! What a stunning place and filled with so much history. Imagine what life must have been like back then!
Chapultepec is definatelly the most stuning one but technically there are at least 4, the Palacio Nacional which is the seat of the federal government and the ofice of the president (the Viceroys of New Spain used to live there), the Palacio de Iturbide which is the smallest one where the first emperor of México Agustín de Iturbide lived, and the Palacio del Marqués del Apartado that the Spanish Monarchy built in case they ever visited or settled in New Spain.
Zoo's walk that fine line between being awesome or super depressing. But that zoo looks beautiful! There's plenty of room, the animals are not alone, they look healthy and plump. I've been to the zoo in Guadalajara and it's beautiful as well. I'm glad to see they treat their animals well in Mexico.
The bike look super fun and that Sunday ride day looked like a really good time! I really had no idea that Mexico City was such a wonderful place. Thank you so much for sharing all these videos!
This is Paul..... and Gloria in Oaxaca. I love Chapultepec Park, but haven't seen it all. I've been to the National Anthropological Museum seven times and have yet to see it all. What I've been doing lately is just trying to see one Sala at a time for about 2 hours. I get in free with my student ID which does help a little. Back in 1968 when I first walked in, and saw that waterfall at the entrance I was awe-struck. Like Adam, it's the best museum I've ever seen too. Another great one, is the Popular Art Museum on independencia near the Alameda Park & behind the Hilton Hotel. You given us a lot more to see in Chapultepec Park though.
Those DoriLocos looked a little crazy for me but that Zoo looked like a great place! And for Free! The giraffe were so cool and I really liked the Rhino that Adam Rode! 😅😅🤣

I have been to Mexico City many times! It is so HUGE that it is impossible to get through everything in even a two week trip... I agree this Museum is a MUST SEE!!! I was SO exhausted after my last trip where I tried to get into as many museums and churches as possible... Like the old Post office area ... anyways Keep it up! So much to see and So little time.
What a Castle! That is so cool and right in the middle of the park. The view looks breathtaking and I loved that stained glass hallway! The gardens were beautiful and I did recognize it from the Movie!

Great park, I wouldn't mind going for a walk there! We have a bike system like that in Brussels! I used it for a while when going to work by train into Brussels. 😁
You weren't being overly dramatic by calling it AMAZING and INCREDIBLE! I really appreciated how you explain everything about the logistics of traveling in Mexico so clearly, whether it was the bike rental, parking, or even the recycling cans!

We LOVE Chapultepec... although we were gutted that the zoo was closed when we tried to visit. What a shame! CDMX is also so great for exploring by bike... amazing that they close the roads!

If you think Chapultepec Park is amazing, wait until you get to Teotihuacan! Be sure to have lunch in a cave at La Gruta while you're there.
