@@aaronbobbilefevre3649 its not bad, mlb players and d1 softball players use it a lot. You dont really see it in outfield though. This is for infielders, infielders need to throw from different pockets

Nice video as usual. Does anything change in the grip versus a normal over the top throw? Or is it just the arm mechanics that are different?
the grip doesnt change, nope.
So, with side arm throw the hand will be under the ball during the release of the ball?
the fingers will be in line with your arm - thats a better way to think about it
