Funny enough, Dustin who commented below is the Rain H8r for this but this is not a good video for those who need it. Please checkout the forum if you need it. RSG I expected better but this is Ballade basically
What would make this a good video for those who "need it" this video has every step needed to complete the process, if you want to change things to your liking that's awesome, but the end result should be the same. Effective and functional. Which is what we've accomplished.
This modification is already well documented by others, mainly through the RAIN H8R Valve cover mod thread on S2ki. Your technique is not of very good quality.
Our technique has never been an issue for us. We've done a few. While I appreciate that you were the first to document this mod, it doesn't mean you were the first or only one to do it. If you want to share your techniques, we're always open to finding better ways to do things.
@@thes2kdude05 I wasn’t the first to do this or even document it. I brought it to popularity by providing an over the top explanation of what it is, what it does, and how to do it properly. The template is clearly photographed in the thread and yet you did your own pattern that doesn’t take advantage of the casting wall chambers. The 17 sonic weld locations should be end milled smooth and a thread depth of 10mm or longer is needed for industry standard thread engagement for an M6x1.0 bolt.

What size bolts did you use?
Are you guys able to do this and ship a new valve cover with this already done?
We can. We offer powder coating and the baffle mod.
