Another enjoyable video. I have walked the Caswell to Langland a few times. Seals can be spotted often on this section. Great that the weather stayed fine.
Thank you! How beautiful. My childhood holidays were here, with my lovely late Mum who was born in John Street, one of nine children. I'm going back this Summer as it is my happy place.
Looks lovely gower looks like a brilliant place to do a bit of wrecking haha.keep the brilliant videos coming always love watching them my coastal brother 👍⚓
You give it a seal of approval, such a nice days weather you seem to have had, was surprised to learn the big apple is one of many that once stood, 100 years old soon, loved the summerhouse story. You put such detail into your trips excellent.
Nice live video I enjoyed it can't wait to see more soon. Your live videos are always enjoyable. I've been to England years ago. It's very beautiful and historical. Have a great day greetings from Canada 😀
Simply LUSH :-) Da Iawn Marcus ! I love Mumbles and just to add the other side of Swansea beach and the view form this one of the tallest buildings with "Grape and Olive" restaurant. Thank you and looking forward to your next adventures with all the paths open :-)
Enjoying your vids Marcus loving the history , nice seeing odd places Ive visited as a child and even places I’ve passed many times that I never knew existed , Thank you for taking the time to share beautiful Wales 👍Great editing and presenting can’t fault it , Not forgetting Mel and your taste tests we’ve found our favourite Porthcawl chippy now , when we want fresh air and a treat by the sea 🌊 thank you atb Paul & Ash
By the way I think in general the beach huts derive from carted huts that they used at the seafront so victorians fully clothed changed into their bathing costumes where the sea meets the sand .guess they got tired of carting them around and that’s where the idea of the beach huts stationed at the top of beaches come from .
I don't know how long those current beach huts have been there but I've seen old pics of versions along the bay including the old bathing machines on wheels.
@@flydriveexplore about a hundred years at top of beach the huts have been in some form or other .idea comes from the cart with shacks on pushed down to seafront
The Mumbles 'train' was in fact the world's fFIRST Tram! Now trams are al over Europe, and seem so modern, but they began in the Mumbles. What did the council do? Well throw it in the bin of course
I thought there was one of those apples in Porthcawl. I think it was in the fair but I could be wrong as when you get older the memory. Does in my case anyway. Never heard of the breasts, lol!

Same here in Porthcawl, wish we still had the rail connection.
@@flydriveexplore sad isn't it?
Enjoyed that Marcus - its a walk I want to do! :-)
It's a great walk when the sun's out. They are going to be closing sections intermittently over the next few months as they repair parts of it.
@@flydriveexplore I read that too - its just a matter of when it will close - so will have to find out! :-)
Hello Marcus. Say hello to Mel as well.
Will do 👍

Apparently there was one in Porthcawl in the 1930s but it must have gone long before I was around.
